Earlier today, the DOJ attempted to bring charges against disgraced ex-CNN anchor Don Lemon for storming a church in Minneapolis on Sunday.

However, a left-wing activist judge refused to approve it.

Now, a shocking conflict of interest has been revealed for the federal magistrate judge who made the decision.

Despite earlier reporting that had a different judge’s name, the judge’s name is Douglas Micko.

CBS News confirmed:

The magistrate judge who declined to approve charges for Lemon was Douglas Micko, sources told CBS News. Micko previously worked as a federal public defender.

His wife, Caitlin Micko, works as an assistant in the office of notoriously anti-ICE Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison.

Fox News reporter Bill Melugin reported:

This is the same Keith Ellison who was caught on audio (allegedly) offering to help cover-up fraud in the Minnesota scandal, by the way.

As if that's not bad enough, Caitlin Micko shared a post celebrating suing ICE on her LinkedIn.

Jack Posobiec brought the receipts:

Here's that full post Caitlin "loved" on LinkedIn:

The level of corruption here is insane.

Nick Sortor is absolutely right:

BREAKING: The US Magistrate judge who REFUSED to sign off on Don Lemon’s arrest warrant, Doug Micko, is married to an ASSISTANT ATTORNEY GENERAL in MN AG Keith Ellison’s office, per @BillMelugin_

TOTAL conflict of interest!

CIRCUMVENT HIM, and make the arrest!

Minnesota is corrupt beyond belief.

Arrest Don Lemon!

How do you feel about it?
