Conservative Michael Knowles was speaking at an event (video below) when a protester entered the room and tried to spray a noxious substance on him.
A quick-thinking police officer tackled the protester (video below) but it took two officers to get the protester in handcuffs.
Knowles was on Tucker Carlson to speak out about what happened after the attack:
“I woke up this morning expecting an apology for being assaulted during a lecture that I was invited to give at the University of Missouri. Instead, I was smeared baselessly as a bigot.”
THE PROTESTER WAS PRAISED?
At least the University of Missouri-Kansas City apologized for the physical assault and relentless shouting I endured last night as an invited speaker on campus.
JUST KIDDING! The Chancellor of the university just sent out an email baselessly smearing me as a bigot. pic.twitter.com/tUPEE0FCW9

Conservative speaker Michael Knowles was delivering a speech when a college student came into the room spraying something that smelled like bleach.
Knowles was speaking at the University of Missouri-Kansas City at a Young Americans for Freedom event.
A hero cop quickly tackled the student but the student tried to fight back and get away. The kid is lucky he wasn’t shot the way he came into the room.
That student is now facing a felony. His parents must be so proud.
Watch below as the room gets chaotic with students running everywhere and the police trying to control the chaos:
Note that they start to chant “Hands up, Don’t shoot”
Great speech Michael, I was in the front row and caught the whole thing on video. pic.twitter.com/fVeaXs0Q4p

The substance just smelled like bleach. This could have been much worse but thanks to the quick-acting cops, all was taken care of.
