A 26-year-old New Zealand man’s death has been ruled a result of a Covid-19 vaccine.
Rory Nairn lived in Dunedin, New Zealand, and tragically passed away at the young age of 26, just 12 days after getting his first dose of the Pfizer Covid vaccine.
Nairn died in the home he shared with his fiancee Ashleigh Wilson, who sadly found him dead in the bathroom of their house around 4 am on November 17th.
Leading up to his death, Nairn had been experiencing symptoms of myocarditis, such as “heart flutters,” but attributed it to stress.
Wilson reported that twice on the night of his death, Nairn had complained about a “weird feeling in his chest.” Just before 4 am, Wilson suggested they go to the hospital to make sure he was okay. Unfortunately, Nairn passed away while using the bathroom just before they left the house.
“I then heard a loud heaving-like noise and thought that Rory was vomiting. I ran to the bathroom and I was unable to open the door,” Wilson recalled.
“I heard Rory’s body fall to the ground. I was yelling his name but he was unresponsive, so I called 111.”
She was unable to reach her fiancee because the bathroom door had been locked.
“I was able to see Rory,” said Wilson. “Through the crack of the door I could see that he was dead.”
Coroner Sue Johnson opened an inquiry into his death, with the purpose of determining the circumstances surrounding his death. After a thorough investigation of the days/weeks leading up to his death, and the state of his body at the time of death, Johnson ultimately determined that the Covid-19 vaccine was the cause of the myocarditis which killed the otherwise healthy young man.
In the post-mortem examination, completed by Dr. Noelyn Hung, no drugs or alcohol were found in Nairn’s system, and no other physical indicators for the cause of death were identified besides myocarditis and pericarditis.
“I am satisfied that Dr. Hung’s evidence is sufficiently clear, cogent, and exacting for me to infer from it that vaccination with the Covid-19 vaccine caused the myocarditis from which Rory died,” reported Johnson.
Additionally, all causes of the myocarditis, besides the Covid-19 vaccine, were effectively ruled out, such as rheumatic fever or infection. It was thus confirmed that the direct cause of Nairn’s death was acute myocarditis resulting from the vaccine.
