On March 4, 2016, only eight months before the general election, Daily Wire editor-in-chief, Ben Shapiro, wrote about why he would never vote for Donald Trump.

Shapiro said he’d never vote for Trump to be our next President of the United States because he “stands with certain principles.” Shapiro listed “small government, free markets, religious freedom and personal responsibility as reasons he couldn’t support President Trump. Shapiro also mentioned Trump’s support of Planned Parenthood as another reason he couldn’t support Donald J. Trump for president.

Shapiro has been proven to be wrong on most counts, especially regarding his remark about President Trump supporting abortion mill, Planned Parenthood. President Trump, who has been hailed as the most pro-life President in history, has been busy packing the courts with pro-life judges since his inauguration. He was also the first President in history to address students at the Washington D.C. March for Life, praising them for their efforts to fight for the life of the unborn.

The pro-Israel conservative, Ben Shapiro, is an Orthodox Jew. Shapiro likely never dreamed that one of President Trump’s first acts of bravery would be placing a U.S. embassy in Jerusalem.

Today, after Attorney General Barr released special counsel Robert Mueller’s report to the public, Daily Wire’s Editor-In-Chief Ben Shapiro tweeted his opinion on the report. Shapiro called his four-line response, his “one-line takeaway.”

Shapiro tweeted: My one-line takeaway: Trump and his campaign engaged in deeply embarrassing and immoral but non-criminal behavior. In attempting to avoid that embarrassment, Trump engaged in more deeply embarrassing and immoral but ultimately non-criminal behavior.

Here are some of the responses Shapiro received to his tweet:

My take away is that you and everyone else who dislikes Trump will find something to try and prove their point. In the end had Mueller’s team been able to make any kind of a case they would have done so. They rolled the dice and came up short.

Lisa Marie slammed Shapiro. She compares him to a CNN talking head in her tweet: I used to think Ben was a smart and now he just sounded like a CNN talking head. “Facts” used to matter to him . There’s nothing criminal about being upset and trying to defend yourself from dirty cops and politicians who are trying to frame you.

Stephen Turcotte: That’s your takeaway? I’d be curious to see how you (or anyone else on this planet) would hold up to the entire US justice system being levied against you. Not to mention all Democrats, RINOs and 95% of World MSM

From Thomas Nast: MY one line take away is THERE NEVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN A SPECIAL COUNSEL IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! And until EVERYONE, from Democrat to Never Trumper ADMITS the truth about Hillary/Obama conspiracy THERE IS NO JUSTICE IN THIS COUNTRY!

Jason Louis Barnes had this to say to Shapiro: Trump is no less scrupulous than any other President. He simply lacks their duplicity in covering his tracks…which speaks to a degree genuineness.

Tom Long responded:

He was Innocent & defending his honor. He gave them over a million documents, told his stall to be honest & cooperate. He answered questions in writing. He fired Comey, who deserved it, but he never fired Herr Mueller or Rosenstein despite all claims he was about to. Innocent ????????

And last, but certainly not least, Mark Rieken has the perfect response for Ben Shapiro:

The Politically Pious . Getting old….
