The Denver Public Schools are closed today because of a woman who threatened violence in the Denver area.  A frantic search continues for the ‘Columbine-obsessed’ woman who is ‘armed and dangerous.

“She has had an infatuation with Columbine and the perpetrators of Columbine.”

The FBI and local authorities have released as much information as they can on Sol Pais in hopes of finding her:

Sol Pais is the 18-year-old woman that Colorado authorities are desperately searching for because of threats she has made to schools in the Denver area.

She is “infatuated” with the 1999 Columbine High School shooting and the anniversary of the shooting is on Saturday.

Officials in the Denver metropolitan area are searching for Pais who traveled to Colorado on Monday.

She is considered to be armed and dangerous:

“Last night Sol Pais traveled here to Colorado and she made threats to commit an act of violence in this area, she is armed and considered dangerous.”

Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is trying to locate the 18-year-old before the 20-year anniversary of the shooting.

The authorities released a description of Pais who is about 5-foot-5, has brown hair and was last seen in the foothills of Jefferson County wearing a black T-shirt, camouflage pants and black boots.

She was last seen attempting to purchase firearms.
