Last night, the brilliant Harvard law professor and Democrat, Alan Dershowitz appeared on FOX News’ Hannity Show with Sean Hannity to discuss the 51-49 vote by Senators against calling witnesses in their kangaroo court impeachment trial against President Trump.

Dershowitz, who was part of President Trump’s brilliant legal team during the Senate impeachment trial, told Hannity that he would love to go head-to-head with CNN’s Joe Lockhart in a debate, but he refuses to sit down and debate his points with him.  The CNN hack, Joe Lockhart called Dershowitz’s defense of President Trump “un-American” adding, “This is what you hear from Stalin, Mussolini, Hitler.”

Alan Dershowitz slammed Democrat House Speaker Nancy Pelosi for telling the media that even if Trump’s acquitted and vindicated, he’s still impeached. What happens if a person is acquitted after a trial, the indictment disappears?” Dershowitz asked Hannity. Dershowitz told Hannity that Trump will “have that label forever,” and that is not the way it should be, adding that Trump “did not have a fair trial.”

“He was indicted. And what happens if a person is acquitted after they’re indicted? The indictment disappears,” a frustrated Dershowitz told Hannity.

“When you deny somebody due process and say, ‘We’re only indicting him,’ then you can’t come back and say, ‘But he’s still indicted,” Dershowitz said. He added, “If he wins this, I think nobody should regard him as having been impeached anymore than you would regard somebody who’s been indicted as indicted if he won a unanimous 12-person jury acquittal.”

The Gateway Pundit shared a video from the interview. Here it is:
