WBAP/KLIF NEWS is reporting that another suspect has been arrested and is to appear in court today in the gruesome murder of Ft. Hood Soldier Vanessa Guillen. The young soldier had been missing since April only to be found recently.

More information on how Guillen was murdered has been released after a second suspect was identified:

22-year-old Cecily Auigilar is charged with one count of conspiracy to tamper with evidence. Auigilar reportedly was the murder suspect’s girlfriend and helped him try and dispose of Guillen’s body. This woman could face up to 20-years in prison but should get more time because of the gruesome manner in which she helped dispose of the body.

Army Specialist Aaron Robinson killed himself Wednesday morning when police were searching for him but had reportedly confessed to Auigilar that he had killed Guillen. He said he hit her in the head multiple times with a hammer at Ft. Hood in April. He reportedly asked Auigilar to help him dispose of Guillen’s body. Robinson and Auigilar then dismembered the body and attempted to burn the body of Guillen.

Phone records from the two helped authorities piece together what happened and also helped find the location of the body near a local lake.

Guillen’s remains were found last week about 25 miles from Ft. Hood. The remains have not been identified but the Guillen Family Attorney Natalie Khawam believes the remains belonged to Vanessa Guillen.
