Devin Nunes told Sean Hannity on Wednesday night that the fired former Ambassador to Ukraine ordered her staff to spy on U.S. reporters looking into the Biden scandal concerning Burisma.
Nunes confirmed the information, and then Sean Hannity named John Solomon as one of the reporters allegedly being spied on. In the video below, John Solomon said that he knows about the spying and was even spied on in previous years by the FBI in 2002. Director Mueller had inappropriately intercepted John Solomon’s mail!
Nunes went into detail about the investigation into spying on journalists:
“We also have concerns that possibly they were monitoring press from different journalists and others. That we don’t know, but we have people who are giving us this information, and we’re going to ask these questions to the State Department, and hopefully, they’re going to get the answers before she comes in on Friday.”
“What I’ve heard…and I want to be clear…there’s a difference. What I’ve heard is that there were strange requests, irregular requests to monitor not just one journalist, but multiple journalists. Now perhaps that was OK. Perhaps there was some reason for that — that it can be explained away. But that’s what we know, and that’s what we’re going to be looking into.”

Spying on journalists trying to get to the truth has happened before, but a U.S. Ambassador telling her staff to spy is the stuff of Spy Novels. This woman was an anti-Trump Obama holdover who was eventually fired by President Trump.
