Last night, conservative firebrand Candace Owens shared an interesting discovery about Black Lives Matter and their ties to the Democrat Party. Owens has been highly critical of Democrats and the BLM movement to martyr black criminals who are killed by cops while they ignore the massive number of law-abiding black citizens who are killed by blacks in their own communities.
Owens shared a video on Twitter that was made by “King Face,” a former gang member, turned conservative Trump supporter. The video shows how the Act Blue website, a site used to fundraise for Democrats and leftist causes, is collecting donations for Black Lives Matter.
Owens tweeted: “Wow this video is really important and every person needs to watch and share it. Black Lives Matter donations go directly to a superpac called “ACT BLUE” that has given hundreds of millions to Democrats running for President. How is this legal? BLM is LITERALLY a shell company.”
Watch:

She tweeted the video for a second time, adding:
You guys. Democrats quite literally used #GeorgeFloyd’s death to emergency fundraise for @JoeBiden’s campaign.
They used black emotion to raise millions for their candidate.
It was all a scam. Every second of it.
If Black Lives Matter is not an actual organization, where does the money go that’s been collected for BLM?
A Twitter user suggested that like “WinRed” is a website for Republican candidates, “Act Blue” is simply a website used by Democrats to fundraise, adding that “BLM raises money for the Democrats.”
BINGO!
Candace Owens replied, calling BLM a “Democrat scam!” saying it’s a “misrepresentation” and that she doesn’t see how what they’re doing is legal. “This is accurate but the difference is that WinRed is not pretending that the money is going to help black people and then funneling the money to white candidates,” Owens added.

It’s misrepresentation. I just don’t see how that part can be legal. #BLM is a Democrat scam! https://t.co/F1CM202flQ

Owens backed up her assertion with an Act Blue Charities employee chart, explaining that every dollar raised by the website for BLM goes to a company that is comprised of “left-wing political activists.”
Here is the employee chart for ActBlue Charities— the company that receives every dollar raised via the Black Lives Matter website.
The entire company is comprised of white left-wing political activists who you can research.

Owens asks a very important question, “How is this not an explicit IRS violation?” She adds, “Why the hell is BLM partnered with this Democrat “charity” ActBlue?”
In a follow-up tweet, Owens explains: According to its website Black Lives Matter, Inc is NOT a charity. It is a full-fledged corporation that does NOT have any locations. Can anyone tell me then where the hundreds of millions BLM has raised goes? Can anyone tell me in what state BLM was incorporated & by who?
How is it not an explicit IRS violation for a 501c3 charity to write on its website that they care about helping Democrats win campaigns?

After Owens shared several pieces of compelling research, Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton jumped in, adding:
This is an interesting issue. ActBlue Charities is the fundraising charity that purports to raise money for other charities, which in this case is “Black Lives Matter Global Network.” No IRS info with this organization’s name is avail online.
Owens replied to Tom Fitton’s tweet, saying:
Tom! You were the exact person I was thinking needs to file a lawsuit and look into this.
I’ve researched this for hours. Everything leads to a dead end, and every BLM organization registered has filed a tax return for well under 50,000$. We know they’ve made MILLIONS.

Finally, after lawyer James Burns tweeted: Someone needs to file a FOIA request with the IRS on BLM just so we can honestly and openly understand it beyond its title.
Owens tweeted: I elect @JudicialWatch and @TomFitton,” adding, “My best guess is that the reason BLM conveniently pops up every election cycle is because it is an aggressive fundraising arm for the Democrat Party.”
