Following Friday’s news that Roe v Wade has been overturned by the United States Supreme Court means abortion is already illegal in many states. More than half of US states have some type of law banning abortion that will now take effect. This of course has the Democrat left riling people up.
Democrat Rep AOC openly call for people to get fired up and go out “into the streets” to protest while she leads the chant. Is the Democrat lawmaker calling for an “insurrection?”

Democrat Rep. Jackie Speier tells pro-abortion activists to “armor up” “there’s a war out there.”
While Democrat Rep. Ayanna Pressley echoes her sentiment saying “That’s right. This is not a drill.”

Former Assistant US Attorney Andy McCarthy says the Supreme Court decisions should be based on the rule of law, not a screaming mob.

Last months leaked Supreme Court draft opinion written by Samuel Alito in February 2022 ignited a firestorm. The draft revealed that the Supreme Court had indeed voted to strike down the 1973 abortion ruling, which had overridden state law, making abortion legal in every state.
‘Roe was egregiously wrong from the start.’ Wrote Justice Alito he added that this should be decided by the ‘people’s elected representative’. Roe V Wade does not prohibit abortion, it just brings the decision back to the state level.
Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming are the 18 states that have near-total bans on abortion already written into law.
While 4 states have laws that prohibit abortion after the six-week mark: Georgia, Iowa, Ohio, and South Carolina.
Four more states; Florida, Indiana, Montana and Nebraska, are likely to pass legislation banning abortion soon. Florida has a 15-week abortion ban that will go into effect in July 2022. The law only has one exception to the 15 week ban and it is if the health of the patient is in danger, the law does not provide any exceptions for rape or incest.
Michigan is one of the 18 states that already has abortion laws on the books. Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer responded saying she “is incensed” framing the issue as an economic one rather than a moral decision. “The most important economic decision a women will make in her lifetime is when and whether to start a family.”
My daughters now have fewer rights than I have had my whole life. I’m not willing to let this stand.

Ben Shapiro says “this is the best the pro-life movement could have hoped for” but warns that we should anticipate violence “we’re gonna prepare for a weekend of rage because the left is now gonna lose it’s ever-loving mind.”

Biden’s response was to remind protestors to stay peaceful ‘I call on everyone no matter how deeply they care about this decision to keep all protests peaceful, peaceful, peaceful, peaceful,’ he said.
‘No intimidation. Violence is never acceptable.’
