Ever since 2019 when Q told us the first arrest will shock the world, we have been waiting and wondering who that might be.

Do we now know the answer?

Is the first arrest Maduro?

I’m not sure, but many like the post below believe it is, so let’s dig into it and see what we know for sure.

Let’s start with where this originally comes from, which is Q-Drop 3717, originally posted by Q back on December 17, 2019 during President Trump’s First Term.

Here is a closer look:

While Q has continued to post over the years, many believe the voice shifted in later years and may be from a different source, not the original Q.

So the posts in the 2017-2019 range are generally considered the most authentic and most interesting.

And this one definitely fits, giving us one of the most famous Q-drops we have about the “first arrest”.

It actually says two things: (1) the first indictment unsealing will trigger a mass pop awakening, and (2) the first arrest will verify action and confirm future direction.

So the “first arrest will shock the world” is basically a summary that has evolved over time.

Ok, so was the Nicolas Maduro indictment previously sealed?

Well, yes and no.

An original indictment was filed and not sealed back in 2020, but a Superseding Indictment was filed in December 2025 under seal and was only recently unsealed.  The Superseding Indictment added his wife and expanded the charges:

The indictment against Nicolás Maduro in the Southern District of New York (SDNY) stems from allegations of his involvement in a long-running narco-terrorism and drug trafficking conspiracy. Originally unsealed in 2020, it accused Maduro and several high-ranking Venezuelan officials of partnering with Colombian guerrilla groups like the FARC to flood the United States with cocaine, using Venezuela as a transit point while corrupting state institutions for protection and profit.

The conspiracy allegedly began in 1999 and involved coordinating with designated terrorist organizations to manufacture and distribute massive quantities of cocaine destined for the U.S., in exchange for weapons, money, and political power.

A superseding indictment was recently unsealed, expanding the charges to include Maduro’s wife, Cilia Adela Flores de Maduro, and additional co-conspirators such as Diosdado Cabello Rondón and others. The charges in this superseding indictment include:

  • Narco-terrorism conspiracy (providing support to foreign terrorist organizations like the FARC, ELN, Sinaloa Cartel, and others through cocaine trafficking).

  • Cocaine importation conspiracy (importing and distributing five kilograms or more of cocaine into the U.S.).

  • Possession of machine guns and destructive devices in furtherance of drug trafficking.

  • Conspiracy to possess machine guns and destructive devices.

Flores is specifically charged in the cocaine importation conspiracy and the weapons-related counts, accused of facilitating bribes and using armed escorts to aid trafficking operations between 2004 and 2015. The overall conspiracy is described as spanning from 1999 to around 2025, involving thousands of tons of cocaine.

The original indictment was filed and unsealed on March 26, 2020. The superseding indictment does not have a publicly specified filing date in available sources, but it was under seal as a “sealed superseding indictment” and was unsealed on January 3, 2026—coinciding with announcements by U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi and following Maduro’s reported capture in a U.S.-led operation in Caracas.

The superseding indictment against Nicolás Maduro (the recent one that added his wife, Cilia Flores, and others as defendants) was originally filed under seal in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York just before Christmas 2025 (likely in mid- to late December 2025).

It remained sealed until it was unsealed on January 3, 2026, shortly after Maduro’s capture in a U.S.-led operation. This timing allowed the charges to be prepared and approved by a grand jury in advance while keeping them confidential until execution of the arrest.

This is distinct from the original 2020 indictment (unsealed March 26, 2020), which this document supersedes by expanding the defendants and allegations.

So….is Nicolas Maduro the first arrest?

I always thought it was going to be George W. Bush, but maybe it is Maduro.

Time will tell, and if his arrest ends up exposing the Stolen Election and Election Fraud of 2020, it will truly trigger a mass population awakening!

Any ideas?
