Hosts of The View can’t help themselves from giving idiotic, tone deaf commentary on tragic world events.  Earlier this month, Whoopi Goldberg was suspended from The View after downplaying the Holocaust as a  ‘white on white’ massacre, denying that the Jewish people are a separate ethnic group.

After she returned from her two week suspension, she gave no apology for her remarks and chalked them up to being given a ‘short amount of time’ to give her thoughts on events.

Now, in the midst of a full scale Russian invasion of Ukraine that will likely result in tens of thousands of deaths and untold suffering for tens of millions of other people, Joy Behar of The View said that the worst part of the invasion is that it may prevent her from going on vacation in Europe.  WATCH:

“Estimates are 50,000 Ukrainians will be dead or wounded and this will start a humanitarian crisis, a refugee crisis in Europe.  We’re talking about 5 million people.. that are going to be displaced.  It’s heartbreaking to hear what is going to happen” Co-Host Sunny Hostin began.

Well I’m scared of what’s going to happen in Western Europe too.  You know, you plan a trip, you want to go there, I’ve wanted to go to Italy for four years.  I haven’t been able to make it because of the pandemic and now this” Behar responded.

Just days ago, Behar landed herself in another controversy when she was caught maskless in a restaurant just hours after virtue signalling that she was going to continue wearing a mask ‘indefinitely’ despite mandates lifting across the country.
