Joe Biden appeared out of nowhere to tell his supporters that even though he is down in every key swing-state he needs to win, that his campaign is feeling very good about the results of the election.
Only moments after his speech, President Trump tweeted that he too, will be making a statement:
I will be making a statement tonight. A big WIN!
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) November 4, 2020
President Trump followed up his first tweet by telling his supporters that “We are up BIG,” adding, “but they are trying to STEAL the Election.” President Trump told his followers, “We will never let them do it. Votes cannot be cast after the Polls are closed!”
Twitter, who has regularly censored President Trump’s tweets, immediately slapped a warning label on his tweet.
