The DOJ just responded to claims by Andrew McCabe in a 60 Minutes interview (see below) that Rod Rosenstein was planning to wear a wire during conversations with President Trump.
He also said that overthrowing President Trump using the vice president and the majority of the cabinet members was discussed too. He referred to the 25th Amendment:
A strongly worded reply was just released in which the DOJ called McCabe a liar:
The best thing about these back and forths between Rosenstein and McCabe is that we get more information into what was going on. They’re ratting each other out, and it’s a beautiful thing. Hopefully, they both go down with the ship.
Listen to the video below where Scott Pelley discusses how shocked he is about what he was told:
Wow – McCabe also tells CBS that Rosenstein’s offer to wear a wire with the president was raised more than once and that McCabe took it to the lawyers at the FBI to discuss.
@ScottPelley on what McCabe told @60Minutes: “There were meetings at the Justice Department at which it was discussed whether the vice president and a majority of the cabinet could be brought together to remove the president of the United States under the 25th Amendment.”

These corrupt intel agencies took it upon themselves to try and oust a sitting president. Tom Fitton of Judicial Watch commented on the developments:
Incredibly, Mr. Rosenstein STILL hasn't been questioned by Congress on his "joke" about wearing a wire on @RealDonaldTrump in the Oval Office or about his discussion to try to remove him from office. pic.twitter.com/F6y1yQlPF7

A Special Council to have these two men testify would be a fantastic idea. Let’s get to the bottom of all of the corruption.
