Donald Trump announced a press conference for Friday morning at 11:00 a.m. EST following the guilty verdict in the “hush money” witch hunt.

“President Donald J. Trump has been convicted by a Manhattan jury for falsifying business records in connection with the Stormy Daniels so-called “hush money” situation, marking the first time a U.S. president has been found guilty of a felony,” 100PercentFedUp noted.
He was convicted on all 34 counts.
Trump could face up to 4 years in prison
“It was a rigged trial, it was a disgrace,” Trump said outside the courtroom on Thursday. “The real verdict is going to be November 5th by the people.”
“We didn’t do a thing wrong. I am a very innocent man,” he continued. “We have a country that is in big trouble.”

The jury deliberated for a total of 9.5 hours over two days before reaching a verdict.
Sentencing is expected in the coming weeks but could be delayed.

Trump is expected to appeal the conviction which will likely take months. According to the New York Times, it’s unlikely the appeal process will be resolved before Election Day.

Trump will be sentenced in the “hush money” witch hunt on July 11th, just four days before the Republican National Committee (RNC) convention kicks off in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
