In an interview with the New York Post, Donald Trump described Kamala Harris in two words.

“Vicious and dumb.”

“There are two words to describe Kamala Harris. Vicious and dumb, it’s a bad combination,” Trump told the outlet.

From the New York Post:

In the Trump campaign’s first ad after Biden selected Harris as his running mate in August 2020, she was branded a “phony.”

The ex-president more recently has dubbed her “Laffin’ Kamala,” in reference to her frequent uproarious laughter at events. Last year, he told TV’s Tucker Carlson that she “speaks in rhyme,” referring to her “word salads” of imprecise and circular commentary.

If Harris secures the Democratic nomination, Republicans are expected to focus heavily on her performance as Biden’s “border czar” for the past three years. Biden tasked her in March 2021 with addressing the “root causes” of illegal immigration, which instead proceeded to set new record highs.

Biden campaign spokesman Ammar Moussa said he didn’t want to “recreate the wheel” to respond to Trump’s latest remarks and provided The Post with a previously released statement.

“Vice President Kamala Harris has held criminals accountable her entire career — and Donald Trump will be no different,” the statement said. “Vice President Harris has dedicated her career to making life better for working people — while Trump only cares about himself. That’s the contrast the American people will see over the next 106 days.”

Pro-Trump Super PAC MAGA Inc. wasted little time launching a campaign ad against Kamala Harris after Joe Biden dropped out of the presidential election and endorsed Harris.

The ad will air in critical battleground states – Arizona, Georgia, Nevada and Pennsylvania.

“Kamala was in on it. She covered up Joe’s obvious mental decline. Kamala knew Joe couldn’t do the job, so she did it. Look what she got done: a border invasion, runaway inflation, the American Dream dead,” MAGA War Room wrote.

Per The Guardian:

Donald Trump is scrambling to pivot his campaign against Kamala Harris, with attack ads hitting her current record in office and her past in California, according to two sources familiar with the matter, after Joe Biden withdrew from the 2024 race on Sunday.

The Trump campaign is viewing Harris as the presumptive Democratic nominee, especially after Biden gave his endorsement, and started preparing opposition research dossiers against her in recent weeks.

Trump-aligned political action committees such as MAGA Inc will unleash a wave of attacks against Harris, including a $5m television ad in the battleground states of Pennsylvania, Georgia and Arizona, casting her as the puppet master in the Biden administration.
