Jeffrey Goldberg, the Editor-in-Chief for The Atlantic Newspaper just confessed he might have been a little untruthful in his recent hit piece on President Donald Trump.

Recently, Goldberg wrote an article claiming that the President had no intention of visiting the Aisne-Marne American Cemetery back in 2018, due to the fact that “his hair would become disheveled in the rain” and that “he did not believe it important to honor American war dead.

Today, Goldberg finally admitted that his four ‘anonymous sources’ could have been wrong and the White House canceled the visit because of weather conditions.

This article is central to the claim that President Trump hates the military and veterans, supposedly referring to them as “sucker” and “losers,” as previously reported by 100%FedUp.

The far-left, The Atlantic “journalist” Jeffrey Goldberg wrote: When President Donald Trump canceled a visit to the Aisne-Marne American Cemetery near Paris in 2018, he blamed rain for the last-minute decision, saying that “the helicopter couldn’t fly” and that the Secret Service wouldn’t drive him there. Neither claim was true.

Trump rejected the idea of the visit because he feared his hair would become disheveled in the rain, and because he did not believe it important to honor American war dead, according to four people with firsthand knowledge of the discussion that day. In a conversation with senior staff members on the morning of the scheduled visit, Trump said, “Why should I go to that cemetery? It’s filled with losers.” In a separate conversation on the same trip, Trump referred to the more than 1,800 marines who lost their lives at Belleau Wood as “suckers” for getting killed.

That’s not what actual veterans and active-duty military members who are unafraid to share names are saying…

Wounded Warrior Bobby Henline had to literally beg leftists like the Rachel Maddow Fan group and the far-left “Occupy Democrats” Facebook page (a massively popular Facebook page, whose reach far surpasses any political page on Facebook, that appears to have escaped the social media giant’s censorship team during President Trump’s term in office) to stop using his image to help support the “anonymous sources” article trashing President Trump.
