Tens of thousands of people gathered in Butler for Trump’s return to the site of July’s assassination attempt.

“Currently, thousands of people are gathering and waiting in long lines, having traveled from across the country for the highly anticipated history rally in Butler, Pennsylvania. Former President Donald Trump is expected to make his first appearance in the area since the tragic event on July 13th, with many attendees eager to hear his thoughts on recent political developments and future plans,” Rawsalerts wrote.

“Reports suggest that the crowd could surpass 60,000, and just moments ago, Elon Musk announced that he, too, is en route to address the audience, adding even more excitement to the already charged atmosphere. Security measures are extraordinarily tight, with reports of snipers positioned on rooftops, counter-drones patrolling the skies, and numerous roads and public areas cordoned off,” the post added.

At the time of writing, over 6 million people are watching Elon Musk’s live stream of President Trump’s rally.

Donald Trump has a new headliner: Elon Musk.

The billionaire owner of some of the world’s most prominent companies confirmed on Saturday in a post on X that he would speak at the former president’s high-profile rally in Butler, Pennsylvania — the same place Trump was nearly assassinated in July.

In a press release from the Trump campaign, Musk is listed as an attendee just after Trump’s immediate family but before his running mate, JD Vance, in what is perhaps a nod to how important the campaign views Musk’s presence at the event.

The rally is set to take place at the same location, the Butler Farm Show Grounds, where a gunman managed to graze Trump in the ear in what was easily the most dramatic moment of a historic presidential campaign season.
