Nancy Pelosi will flip her lid when she finds out that her gravy train on travel will be monitored by the White House Chief of Staff.
No more trips with 100 of her fellow lawmakers to far away places unless it’s approved by the Chief of Staff during the shutdown.
Isn’t that the way it should be? It was wrong enough that Pelosi was leaving D.C. for a week or more while federal workers are hoping lawmakers will negotiate a solution to the border wall funds.
The trip also calls into question why 100 of our Congressmen need to go to Belgium and Afghanistan to thank our troops and discuss foreign affairs right now. Something smells with this junket that would cost taxpayers a bundle. It would be great to know the cost of the trip and of past trips like this one.
Acting Office of Management and Budget Director @RussVought45 sent a letter to all Cabinet members that NO “government owned, rented, leased, or chartered aircraft” can transport any Congressional delegation, “without the express written approval of the White House Chief of Staff” during the gov’t shutdown

This is fantastic!
President Trump tweeted out a great question about why Pelosi would leave the country right now:
Why would Nancy Pelosi leave the Country with other Democrats on a seven day excursion when 800,000 great people are not getting paid. Also, could somebody please explain to Nancy & her “big donors” in wine country that people working on farms (grapes) will have easy access in!

Watch Nancy Pelosi laugh off serious questions about the wall:
Asked if she would negotiate on the amount of money designated for a border wall, Speaker Nancy Pelosi says, "I'm not for a wall, I'm not for a wall." https://t.co/St33ndjsq6 pic.twitter.com/KBwpAUPOCq
