Today on FoxBusiness News, Fox’s Neil Cavuto spoke on the latest New York Post article on Big Tech censoring posts relating to the Hunter Biden files that were recently released. In response, the Big Tech companies claimed that they aren’t preventing this article from being on their sites. That they are “just only making it more difficult to resend it or to retweet it to anyone.” Cavuto brought on FCC Commissioner Brendan Carr to get his take on big tech’s actions and right away Carr does not hesitate and gets straight to the point:

Look the coverup can oftentimes draw more attention than the crime…

By silencing core political speech[…] I think that big tech has crossed the line…

Additionally, FCC Chairman Ajit Pai released the following statement today on Section 230 of the Communications Act:

Members of all three branches of the federal government have expressed serious concerns about
the prevailing interpretation of the immunity set forth in Section 230 of the Communications Act.
There is bipartisan support in Congress to reform the law. The U.S. Department of Commerce
has petitioned the Commission to ‘clarify ambiguities in section 230.’ And earlier this week,
U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas pointed out that courts have relied upon ‘policy and
purpose arguments to grant sweeping protections to Internet platforms’ that appear to go far
beyond the actual text of the provision[…]

The Commission’s General Counsel has informed me that the FCC has the
legal authority to interpret Section 230. Consistent with this advice, I intend to move forward
with a rulemaking to clarify its meaning.”

Chairman Pai adds a personal note at the end of the statement:

“Throughout my tenure at the Federal Communications Commission, I have favored regulatory
parity, transparency, and free expression. Social media companies have a First Amendment right
to free speech. But they do not have a First Amendment right to a special immunity denied to
other media outlets, such as newspapers and broadcasters”

The Hunter Biden files, which were just released earlier this week, provided a treasure trove of information on the corruption of the Biden family, so much corruption in fact Donald Trump Jr. made a video and posted it on Twitter, as previously reported by 100%FedUp.

President Trump called-out his Democratic challenger on the campaign trail in North Carolina Thursday; saying Joe Biden’s “family got rich” while “America got robbed.”

“The Biden family got rich while America got robbed!” said the President in Greenville. “Joe Biden is a corrupt politician and he has been corrupt for many years, and everybody in Washington knew it,” he added.

The President’s son, Donald Trump Jr., took to Twitter Wednesday and Thursday highlighting the epic October surprises that have clearly shaken the Biden campaign. On Wednesday, Trump Jr. posted a blistering video revealing years of Biden family corruption.

He tweeted, “The Biden family has spent decades in Washington, DC enriching themselves by selling access to Joe Biden’s taxpayer funded office. Hunter Biden is corrupt. Jim Biden is corrupt. Joe Biden is corrupt.”

Further, the President spoke yesterday at a campaign rally about the New York Post expose of Hunter Biden. “Yesterday, we learned from newly released emails that Joe Biden has been blatantly lying about his involvement in his son’s corrupt business dealings,” Trump said.
