Former Trump Press Secretary, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, Is Running For Office In Arkansas.

After receiving the endorsement from President Trump back in 2019 via a Tweet from his now-suspended Twitter account, Sarah Huckabee Sanders has finally officially announced her run for Arkansas governor.

Sarah Huckabee Sanders was very well liked by many when she was President Trump’s press secretary for two years.  In fact, she frequently attended President Trumps rallies on the campaign trail, even after leaving The Whitehouse.  She was replaced as press secretary by Stephanie Grisham and eventually the beloved Kayleigh McEnany.

Ms. Huckabee has also written a bestselling book, called “Speaking for Myself: Faith, Freedom and the Fight for Our Lives Inside the Trump White House,” in which she details her time as the first mother to be White House press secretary, which she calls “a great honor.”

Below is the official announcement of her run for Arkansas governor:

In the video, she states: “With the radical left now in control of Washington, your governor is your last line of defense. In fact, your governor must be on the front line. So today I announce my candidacy for governor of Arkansas…As governor, I will defend our right to be free of socialism and tyranny, your Second Amendment right to keep your family safe and your freedom of speech and religious liberty. Our state needs a leader with the courage to do what’s right, not what’s politically correct or convenient.”
