You’ve gotta love a win against the bullies at CAIR. The Florida gun shop owner made a youtube video and that’s what called attention to his desire to prohibit Muslims from entering  his store. 
Andy Hallinan appeared on CNN to defend his store policy:

A Florida gun shop owner who was sued by the Council on American-Islamic Relations for declaring his store a “Muslim Free Zone” has been vindicated by a federal court.

Andrew Hallinan, owner of Florida Gun Supply in Inverness, was sued by CAIR’s Florida chapter after he made the declaration in a YouTube video in July.

On Tuesday U.S. District Court Judge Beth Bloom said Hallinan, was within his First Amendment rights to make the statement, according to the American Freedom Law Center who represented Hallinan in the case.

“No firearms dealer or gun range owner for that matter should be required to sell weapons to or train anyone that the dealer or owner has reason to believe is a terrorist threat. CAIR’s lawsuit was an effort to prevent business owners from doing so.”

“This dismissal was yet another AFLC victory against CAIR and its jihadi lawfare against patriotic Americans across the country. CAIR was born from a jihadi terrorist conspiracy, and it has done little to distance itself from those bona fides.
