John King needs to keep up or read up on why the Dems forced a shutdown…DACA! Posturing by the far left side of the party is political suicide!

After the Senate voted 81 to 18 today to advance legislation to reopen the government, CNN host John King could not help but ask why Democrats forced a government shutdown in the first place:

“The motion to move this debate, again, effectively to move to reopen the United States government passing the United States Senate by a vote of 81-18,” King continued. “That is overwhelming, and again, so a lot of people out there in America and watching around the world will say, ‘If they can pass this 81 to 18, then why did they shut down the government in the first place?'”

The federal government shut down at midnight on Friday after all but five Senate Democrats voted against a continuing resolution to fund the government through Feb. 16.

IT’S DACA!

Many Democrats said they would not vote for a government-funding bill that did not preserve the Obama-era Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program (DACA), which provides legal protections to immigrants brought to the U.S. illegally as children.

THIS DEBATE WILL CONTINUE

The debate on DACA and amnesty will continue with another vote on Feb. 8th. The problem is that we are so far apart in how to move forward that it’s nearly impossible to come to a solution. Republicans needs to stand their ground on this. The American people are FED UP with the continuous flow of illegals coming across our border. Time for the wall and deportations for illegals.
