A Florida high school special education teacher pulled her Bernie Sanders mobile up to the front of the GOP headquarters in Jacksonville, FL, got out, stole several GOP political signs, put them in her jalopy, got back into the car, and drove off. After the woman was caught on video stealing the GOP signs thanks to someone who recorded the video from the parking lot. They likely shared this video with the local Florida news or posted it on social media, which is how everyone else was finally able to see the evidence of the ‘serial sign stealer.’

The teacher, whose name is Mary Dobbins, probably didn’t expect the news to show up at her door.

When the Dobbins was confronted by the news, she gave the most pathetic excuse and stated that she did it by “accident” because she thought the signs were placed illegally. Of course, that doesn’t make sense because she parked right in front of the GOP headquarters and stole GOP signs, so one can imagine that she knew exactly what she was doing.

Apparently, this wasn’t the first time the teacher was caught stealing GOP signs. The GOP headquarters had been experiencing theft since at least July. Another man, Jacksonville City Councilman Doyle Carter, had to deal with her thieving hands as well. He claims she stole his signs and it cost him several thousand dollars.

Let’s watch the video:

That doesn’t look like it’s by accident, does it?

How do you accidentally park the car, get out, steal signs, put them in your car, and then get back in the car and drive off? Surely that can’t be accidental!

After she was caught and confronted by the news station, she claimed that she gave the signs back and worked it out with the people at the GOP headquarters. First Coast News talked to spokespersons/representatives from the GOP headquarters and they don’t have any recollection of Dobbins doing that.

First Coast News reported that “another spokesperson said Dobbins was a “serial sign stealer” but they said they didn’t want to pursue charges because they didn’t want her to lose her job.

Most recently, Morton said, between 15-20 signs were stolen on Saturday from in front of the GOP headquarters located at 10111 San Jose Boulevard.

A shopper in the parking lot of the shopping center took the photos of the signs being taken. A police report has been filed and police said that sealing a sign is a misdemeanor but due to the number of signs the cost could be raised to a felony charge, according to Morton.”

When the news arrived at Dobbins’ residence for a second interview, no one answered.

Apparently the “serial sign stealer” didn’t have much else to say.
