Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) is urging the Justice Department to drop charges against a doctor who allegedly destroyed “thousands” of COVID-19 jab vials and gave patients vaccine cards without taking the experimental injections.

“I am writing a letter to the DOJ asking all charges be dropped against Dr. Kirk Moore. who is facing thirty five years in federal prison for destroying thousands of vials of COVID-19 vaccine, giving his patients vaccine cards without taking the shots, and injecting saline into children whose parents wanted them to believe they got vaccinated without risking the deadly side effects,” Greene wrote.

“This man is a hero, not a criminal. The charges were filed under Biden’s DOJ, not Trump,” she added.

The charges were filed under Biden’s DOJ, not Trump.

The Covid vaccine kills and injures people, but this brave doctor, who is a veteran by the way, is being prosecuted for helping people avoid tyrannical vaccine mandates under Democrats.

Big Pharma was given billions of taxpayer’s dollars for experimental covid vaccines and then the MrNA covid vaccines were forced on Americans, our military, and our children against their will.

Covid vaccines do not stop the spread of covid and are proven to cause life threatening myocarditis, miscarriages, strokes, blood clots, and many other issues that many Americans are angrily still dealing with today.

There are millions of reports on the VAERS system of deaths and vaccine injuries for the COVID vaccine that still have never been investigated.

Dr. Kirk Moore is a hero, not a criminal!!!

“Dr. Moore gave many of his fellow Americans a way to maintain their bodily autonomy and to avoid receiving experimental genetic transfer shots that were widely suspected at the time to have been improperly tested,” the McCullough Foundation said.

“Why doesn’t Trump’s DOJ drop the charges against the Utah plastic surgeon who gave his fellow Americans a way of maintaining their bodily autonomy during a time of tyranny?” it questioned.

Dr. Michael Kirk Moore Jr., 58, who operates his practice Plastic Surgery Institute of Utah, Inc. in Salt Lake County, Utah, begins his trial on Monday, July 7, 2025, at the Orrin G. Hatch U.S. Courthouse, located at 351 S. West Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah.

As of this writing, a ‘GiveSendGo’ donation campaign for him is at just under $140,000

A rally that day at the steps of the courthouse at 350 South Maine Street, Salt Lake City, UT, is being organized by We Are The People Utah and will include veterans of the health freedom movement, such as vaccine safety activist Robert Scott Bell, as well as the team that produced the film Died Suddenly, Dr. Moore’s son Michael, Jason Preston, host of the organizing group, and Mike Schultz, the speaker Utah’s House of Representatives

Countless other prominent figures in the MAHA sphere, such as Dr. Mary Talley Bowden, will be joining online to stand with Dr. Moore.

The charges against Dr. Moore were filled in 2023 by the Department of Justice under Joe Biden, and have not been dropped yet by President Trump’s Attorney General Pam Bondi.

“Dr. Kirk Moore wanted to personally thank everyone who has been praying and spreading the news about his selective prosecution. We had the opportunity to speak with him outside the courthouse before the trial began today. A father should never have to hear his son plead for his exoneration. This case has become not just the persecution of a doctor, father, and veteran, but a trial on the covid vaccine itself,” Died Suddenly wrote.

Check it out:

“Huge report coming in the morning on what AG Pam Bondi knew and had the ability to do to stop this trial against Dr. Kirk Moore. Make sure you have notifications turned on to be the first to see it,” Died Suddenly wrote.

Died Suddenly will host a press conference on the trial Friday at 9 a.m. MT.

More info from The Salt Lake Tribune:

Republican lawmakers — including the speaker of the Utah House — stood with about 60 demonstrators at the Orrin G. Hatch U.S. Courthouse on Monday, just before a trial was to begin for a plastic surgeon charged with running a COVID-19 fraud scheme.

Several of the demonstrators dressed in red, white and blue, and held American flags and handwritten signs in support of Dr. Michael Kirk Moore Jr. One sign read “Is this what we do to heroes?” while another said, “coercion is not consent.”

Another sign, quoting an X post attributed to Robert F. Kennedy Jr., a longtime vaccine opponent and now Health and Human Services secretary, read: “Dr. Moore deserves a medal for his courage and his commitment to healing!”

Moore, 58, is accused of operating a vaccine scheme out of the Plastic Surgery Institute of Utah, at 7535 Union Park Ave., in Midvale. The indictment, issued in 2023, also charged two institute employees, Kari Dee Burgoyne and Sandra Flores, and a woman identified in court documents as Kristen Andersen.

Federal prosecutors alleged that the four discarded nearly 2,000 doses of the COVID vaccine, issued fraudulent vaccination cards, and — at the request of some parents — administered saline injections to children to make them believe they had been vaccinated.

Court records show Moore and his co-defendants are accused of destroying at least $28,000 worth of government-provided COVID-19 vaccines and distributing fake vaccination cards in exchange for direct cash payments or required donations to the private organization of which Andersen and Moore were members.

Moore’s 15-day jury trial began Monday morning with jury selection. U.S. District Judge Howard Nielson told a packed courtroom of potential jurors and a handful of Moore’s supporters that selection would be split between Monday and Tuesday.
