Arizona Governor candidate Kari Lake scored a victory in her fight for election integrity this week after Judge Peter Thompson from Maricopa County Superior Court issued an order Thursday, setting the schedule to review Kari Lake’s signature verification challenge. The Supreme Court ordered the lower court to look into the issue.

The Arizona Supreme Court ruled that the trial court made a mistake when it dismissed the signature fraud potion of Lake’s case and ordered that it look into the mail-in ballot envelope signatures, according to Gateway Pundit.

Lake responded to the news with enthusiasm, saying, “We can’t wait to get started. And we feel a certain sense of urgency because Katie Hobbs has been a disaster. Worse than I could have ever imagined.”

Lake has been threatened with arrest for questioning the suspicious November election. Lake outflanked her rival going into election day by double digits, according to the polls. Numerous dubious issues occurred, like voting machines breaking down in largely Republican precincts and causing multi-hour voting wait times.
John Rich noted that the left demonizes anyone who questions them, “If you’re a threat to their lies, they just arrest you. Fortunately, Kari Lake is made of Teflon,” he said, retweeting Lake’s update on the Arizona Supreme Court ruling. She posted news articles calling for her arrest and said, “They want to ARREST me for exposing fraud in the 2022 election. Now the AZ Supreme Court has ruled that the very fraud I highlighted has to be looked at. This is big, folks. Hit me with your best shot. I will never, ever back down. Try Me.”

Rasmussen released poll numbers from the November 2022 election asking Arizona voters who they voted for; according to their polling data, the lead gubernatorial candidate was Kari Lake. She earned a significantly higher percentage of votes from those who said they had been to the polls and cast their vote. Lake came in 8% higher than Katie Hobbs. Hobbs was the presiding Secretary of State then and refused to recuse herself during the governor’s race.

Rasmussen Reports noted that “Something stinks in Arizona midterms. We would have to significantly overweight Democrats in our sample just to get Katie Hobbs to win. And then the Congressional numbers would be off from reported numbers by double digits. The report below also revealed that Republican Abe Hamadeh also scored 6% higher in polling data when voters were asked if they cast a vote for him or his Democrat opponent. Republican Secretary of State candidate Mark Finchem also came in higher than his Democrat rival.”
