Lancaster Anticipated Indictment for Hunter Biden
Biden’s baby mama’s lawyer has predicted that Joe Biden’s son will be indicted for his financial crimes.
“I expect him to be indicted,” attorney Clint Lancaster told CNBC on Thursday. “Just based on what I saw in his financial records, I would be surprised if he’s not indicted.”
Biden revealed in December 2020 that federal prosecutors in Delaware were “investigating [his] tax affairs.” The New York Times has reported that the probe is investigating whether Biden broke laws on foreign lobbying and money laundering. Biden had shadowy foreign business dealings, including with the Ukrainian energy company Burisma, while his father was vice president.
Lancaster, who represents the ex-stripper, Lunden Roberts, who is mother to Hunter Biden’s 3-year-old daughter, bases his prediction off of the large number of Biden’s financial documents which Roberts turned over to federal investigators.
Roberts’s attorney also claims that he had possession of Biden’s financial paperwork with Burisma.
Hunter Biden’s shady business dealings within Ukraine and Russia–which are now engulfed in an all-out war–have been the subject of one of the biggest corruption scandals in American political history. The probe opened up to investigate these dealings, and the younger Biden’s financial records may make considerable headway having received the financial records which Lancaster mentioned.
Hunter Biden has also attempted to cover his tracks by taking out a large loan to erase his other debts.
Absentee-father Hunter Biden has yet to see his own daughter, and his own father Sleepy Joe refuses to acknowledge his grandchild from Roberts.
