Hunter Biden’s child support case has been settled, and while his child will not receive his last name, she will receive some of his ridiculous paintings.

According to a court filing on Thursday, Biden and the mother of his child, Lunden Alexis Roberts, concluded their years-long paternity battle regarding their 4-year-old daughter.

The child, who was born in August 2018, is not acknowledged by Hunter or his parents as being of any relation to them.

Roberts filed a paternity suit in May 2019 and in January 2020, it was determined via a DNA test that Biden is the child’s biological father “with near scientific certainty.”

Following the results of the paternity test, Biden agreed to pay $20,000 a month in child support.

After years of battling through the courts, the parties were finally able to reach a settlement.

The agreement states that Biden’s estranged daughter will receive an undisclosed number of paintings by the amateur artist. According to court documents, these paintings will “vary in size with a minimum size of 24×24.”

“The child shall select the painting which shall either be sent to the child or sent to a gallery designated by Lunden Roberts. The net proceeds of any sales of paintings shall be wired to an account designated by Lunden Roberts,” the court documents state.

In 2021, the New York City gallery where Biden’s paintings were displayed estimated they were worth between $75,000 and $500,000 each. However, it has been speculated that the buyers of these amateur paintings were really spending the money to gain favor with the Biden family rather than wanting a serious piece of art.

Biden has also agreed to make payments to Roberts on a monthly basis “beginning July 1, 2023, and the same due on the first day of every month hereafter” until his daughter turns 18, gets married, or passes away.

Within the next five years, both Biden and Roberts must “discuss providing a college education fund for the child.”

However, Roberts withdrew her request to change her daughter’s last name to “Biden,” which her attorneys had argued “is now synonymous with being well-educated, successful, financially acute, and politically powerful” and thus would benefit the child in her future.
