I’ve been wearing the same pendant around my neck since at least the summer of 2024.
At first, I wasn’t expecting much from it.
Then I started noticing little things…
I seemed more relaxed.
My stress felt lower. I wasn’t getting as many headaches. During the first month, I also started having unusually vivid dreams, which was a nice bonus!
Interesting? Sure.
Proof of anything? Not exactly.
Stress changes. Headaches come and go. Sleep changes. Human beings are remarkably good at finding patterns, especially when we’re looking for them.
So I kept wearing the pendant and went about my life.
Then something happened with my mom.
And that was considerably harder for me to shrug off.
The pendant I’d been wearing was a Q-Link.
I’d heard the claims. I’d looked into what the company said its technology was supposed to do. But what ultimately interested me wasn’t a marketing claim. It was what I was observing in my own life.
Before we go any further, there’s something else you should know. I’m a Q-Link affiliate, which means I may earn a commission if you purchase through links in this article. BUT…I wouldn’t be writing this if I hadn’t seen what it did for my mom.
The things we’ve somehow decided are normal
Think about an average day.
Your phone is beside you when you wake up. There’s Wi-Fi everywhere. You’ve got emails, texts, notifications, screens and probably at least one person trying to contact you about something that absolutely could have waited until tomorrow.
By afternoon, you’re tired, your concentration isn’t what it was that morning, and you’re reading the same paragraph for the third time.
We call this “being busy.”
Which is a wonderfully convenient phrase because it means we don’t have to ask why everyone is exhausted.
There are plenty of obvious explanations. Work. Stress. Poor sleep. Too much caffeine. Not enough exercise. Spending half the evening watching videos on the same phone we’re blaming for keeping us awake.
But our everyday environment has also changed enormously in a relatively short period of time. Electronic devices and wireless signals are now simply part of the background of modern life.

It raises an interesting question about how our bodies respond to an environment that would have looked completely alien only a few generations ago.
And that’s where Q-Link enters this increasingly strange story.
Great, another device
We now have watches to tell us how we slept, rings to tell us how we recovered and apps to tell us whether we’ve walked enough.
Apparently looking down and realizing you’ve spent six hours on the couch wasn’t exactly scientific.
There’s something slightly ridiculous about adding another electronic device to our lives to help us cope with having too many electronic devices in our lives.
That’s one reason Q-Link interested me.
No battery.
No Bluetooth.
No app.
No monthly subscription.
No charger that mysteriously disappears the exact moment you need it.
You put the pendant on and that’s basically the end of your technical responsibilities.
Q-Link calls the technology inside it Sympathetic Resonance Technology, or SRT. Its stated purpose is to interact with and support the body’s own energetic system.
If you’re raising an eyebrow right now, good.
So did I.
Because the interesting part isn’t what a company says its pendant is supposed to do.
It’s what happened after I started wearing one.

The stuff you can’t see
This is where things get a little more interesting.
We understand the obvious stressors. A terrible night’s sleep will probably make tomorrow less enjoyable. So will deadlines, bad food, too much caffeine, not enough exercise and spending three hours arguing with strangers on the internet. (I see you down there in the comments)
Then there are the things around us that we don’t really think about anymore.
Wi-Fi.
Cell phones.
Cell towers.
Routers.
Bluetooth.
Electronic devices everywhere.
Forty years ago, most of this wasn’t part of everyday life. Now we’re surrounded by it virtually all the time.
Q-Link points to research suggesting that our bodies can respond to electronic environments in measurable ways. There are legitimate questions about how our bodies interact with the modern environment, and research in this area continues.
Importantly, Q-Link doesn’t claim its pendant blocks or shields these signals.
There’s no invisible bubble around you. Your Wi-Fi will still work. Your phone will still ring during the middle of your favorite song on the new Wendy’s EP emo album.
Instead, Q-Link says its technology works by supporting the body’s own energetic system and its ability to maintain balance when dealing with everyday stressors.
That probably requires some explanation.
But before we get into how Q-Link says it works, let me tell you why I kept wearing mine.
What I actually noticed
I started wearing a Q-Link Pendant by the summer of 2024.
I wasn’t walking around with a clipboard recording every sensation. I just wore it and went about my life.
Over time, though, I started noticing some things.
I felt more relaxed. My stress seemed lower. Fell asleep quicker. And I noticed my weekly headache had gone on vacation.

So I kept wearing it.
Then my mom had a medical issue.
Recovering from a stroke, she had been struggling to walk up the stairs without getting out of breath.
Then she started wearing a Q-Link and about two days later, she was shocked that she making it upstairs without any difficulty.

Seeing the difference firsthand got my attention in a way that reading somebody else’s testimonial never could.
That was when I knew I wanted to start sharing Q-Link with more people.
Not because I can promise somebody else will experience what we did. I can’t.
I can only tell you what happened to us.
Now we have to talk about the biofield
And yes, I know how that sentence sounds.
“Biofield” is one of those words that can immediately make a skeptical person wonder whether they’re about to be sold a crystal.
But the term itself isn’t something Q-Link invented for a marketing brochure.
Biofield research has been an area of scientific investigation, and Q-Link uses the term to describe the body’s energetic system that its technology is intended to support.
We already wrote some articles on it..
WIFI Has Another Use: They’re Watching You—And Zapping Your Biofield While They’re At It
Rather than adding energy to the body or blocking something outside it, the company says its technology is designed to support the body’s existing energetic processes through resonance.
The Energy Hack That’s Been Under the Radar Since the ’90s (But Used by Insiders Today)
Think of resonance in its simplest form.
A tuning fork can cause another tuning fork with the same natural frequency to vibrate. One system influences another because they share a resonant frequency.
Q-Link calls its version of this principle Sympathetic Resonance Technology, or SRT.
So what’s actually inside this thing?
This was one of my questions too.
According to Q-Link, every pendant contains a crystalline core encoded with what the company describes as natural, life-supporting frequencies. There’s also a specially designed copper coil that Q-Link says helps tune and amplify the interaction between the pendant and the wearer’s energetic system.
It’s similar to electroculture.

There is no battery.
There’s no transmitter.
There’s no Bluetooth connection quietly introducing itself to every refrigerator in your neighborhood.
Q-Link says the technology is powered through its interaction with the wearer.
That’s also why the company recommends wearing the pendant near the center of your chest and keeping it on consistently, including while sleeping.
Once it’s on, there’s basically nothing else to do.
The hardest part is picking out the color and design you want.
This may be one of the few remaining products that doesn’t require you to download an app.
Here’s where I became more interested
Personal experience is useful.
It also isn’t scientific evidence.
Q-Link says its technology has been investigated in a variety of settings over the years, including tests involving physical response, motor function, focus, endurance, stress response, brain-wave activity, sleep and athletic performance.
Some of the numbers Q-Link reports are interesting.
In testing conducted with Q-Link, the company reports that 85% of participants demonstrated an increase in strength and physical response in the presence of an EMF stressor. It reports improvement in motor response and function among 79% of participants and improved focus and clarity among 49% in EMF environments.
Other testing reported a 20% improvement in endurance and performance.
In another test described by Q-Link, 17 of 20 people whose strength declined near electronic devices regained that strength while using an active Q-Link Pendant, but not while using a look-alike inactive unit.
Those numbers certainly sound impressive.

So rather than treating a handful of percentages as the end of the discussion, I think they’re a reason to look further.
What we know, and what we don’t
One thing I appreciate about Q-Link is that the company acknowledges an important limitation.
It doesn’t claim that science has completely explained the mechanism through which its technology interacts with the biofield. Q-Link says more research is needed.
That’s worth knowing.
At the same time, the company has been developing its technology since 1989, and Q-Link points to research conducted in a surprisingly wide range of settings.
One European pilot study cited by Q-Link looked at the body’s balance between stress and rest and reported a more balanced response among people wearing Q-Link, particularly during the hours before sleep.
JUST A PLACEBO EFFECT?
Testing involving competitive distance runners reported that runners wearing working Q-Link Pendants gained substantially more whole body strength over five days than runners wearing placebo pendants.
Q-Link also points to laboratory work involving cell cultures and testing involving racehorses.
What I find interesting is the combination of research, the company’s long history, and what I personally experienced after I started wearing the pendant.
And you don’t have to rely on my interpretation of it.
Q-Link makes summaries of its research available so you can look at what was tested, what researchers reported and decide for yourself.
Frankly, that’s the way I’d prefer you approach it.
Almost four decades is a long experiment
There’s another reason I was willing to give Q-Link more than a passing look.
They’ve been around since 1989.
That’s a fairly remarkable amount of time for a company selling something this unusual. Wellness trends have come and gone during that period. Products have appeared, been declared revolutionary, collected their fifteen minutes of attention and disappeared.
Q-Link kept going.
According to the company, more than one million Q-Link products have now been sold worldwide.
Their products are handcrafted and finished at their own facility in the United States, and Q-Link says every pendant contains the same core SRT technology. In other words, you don’t have to buy the expensive pendant to get the “better” technology.
I like that.
The more expensive versions can use different materials and designs, but the basic Acrylic Pendant contains the same SRT-3 technology.
There’s also something charmingly old-fashioned about the company itself. Q-Link says when you call or email them, you’re dealing with actual people in the United States rather than being sent through an endless maze of automated menus and chatbots.
Yes, I recognize the irony of complaining about technology in an article about technology.
Why I kept wearing mine
After wearing Q-Link, it has simply become part of what I wear.
That’s probably the best description I can give you.
I don’t wake up every morning and conduct an experiment on myself. I don’t spend the day trying to determine whether every good moment was caused by the pendant.
I put it on and live my life.
What I can tell you is that since I started wearing it, I’ve noticed feeling more relaxed, less stressed and having fewer headaches.
Then there was what I saw happen with my mom.
That experience was significant enough to me that I stopped thinking of Q-Link as merely an interesting thing I was trying and started thinking, “Other people should know about this.”
That’s ultimately why you’re reading this.
Your experience might be completely different from mine.
You might notice something quickly. You might notice something gradually. You might decide you don’t notice enough to justify keeping it.
Which brings us to something I think Q-Link gets exactly right.
You get 90 days to decide
The pendant comes with Q-Link’s 90-day money-back guarantee.
That’s important with something like this.
If Q-Link gave you three days to make up your mind, I’d be considerably less enthusiastic about telling you to experiment with it.
Instead, you get enough time to actually wear the pendant as intended and pay attention to your own experience.
Q-Link recommends continuous wear, including while sleeping, showering and exercising. The Acrylic Pendant is waterproof and designed for that kind of everyday use.
Then judge it yourself.
Not because I told you what you should feel.
Not because a testimonial told you what you should feel.
And definitely not because an advertisement showed you a photograph of an unusually happy person standing in a field at sunrise.

Wear it.
Live normally.
Pay attention.
Then decide whether it belongs around your neck.
There’s also a pretty good time to try it
This is where I disclose that, through a spectacular coincidence involving an article about Q-Link, Q-Link would also like to sell you a Q-Link.
I know. I’m shocked too.
But the offer they’ve given my readers is genuinely worth mentioning.
Add at least two qualifying Acrylic SRT-3 Pendants to your cart and one will automatically be free.
And it isn’t limited to one pair.
If you purchase four qualifying pendants, two are free, and so on.
There’s also a free shipping option within the United States.
That makes the promotion particularly useful if you’re thinking about doing what I eventually did and giving one to somebody else.
If the free pendant doesn’t automatically appear during checkout, Q-Link has also provided the promotional code:
LTFBOGO
One last thing
I started wearing Q-Link because I wanted to experience it for myself.
I kept wearing it because of what I noticed.
I started sharing it because of what I saw with my mom.
That’s about as complicated as my sales pitch gets.
Q-Link isn’t a medical device, and none of what I’ve described here should be taken as medical advice or a promise that you’ll experience the same things we did. If you have a medical concern, talk to your doctor rather than taking health advice from a pendant, an article, or somebody on the internet who seems unusually confident.
But if you’re curious, I think Q-Link has made trying one fairly easy.
You can read the company’s research. You can read the experiences of people who’ve worn Q-Link over the years. You can look at the technology and decide whether the theory makes sense to you.
Or you can do what I did.
Try one and pay attention.

And if you’re still skeptical?
Good.
I was never trying to talk you out of that.
I’d rather you be skeptical enough to look at the information, try it for yourself if you’re interested, and make up your own mind.
That’s what I did.
Apparently it worked out.
I’m still wearing mine.
