Racist BU Professor who works with Ibram X. Kendi thinks looting and rioting is okay because of the “racism” of owning property

A bigoted University professor at Boston University, who is associated with Ibram X. Kendi’s “Center for Antiracist Research,” the extraordinarily racist institute by the left’s favorite anti-white “intellectual,” believes that owning property is racist, and that that justifies riots and destruction of property in the wake of George Floyd’s death.

Saida Grundy works at Boston University as an assistant professor of African American studies. She has a lot to say about looting and rioting.

“We often hear politicians … [and] civic leaders from inside Black communities and from outside of them as well. [For example,] we heard President Biden say, ‘Well I understand your frustration, but don’t destroy property,'” she said “Well when you say that to Black people – who historically have been property – one of our greatest weapons was the looting of ourselves as property from the system of slavery. And what we see in communities is they are reacting to the very racism of what we call property.”

Ah, because owning a home is the same as owning a person according to the esteemed professor.

“I think it’s really important for people who see reactions of communities to not judge and to not make assumptions about what is good and not good reactions and not actually re-victimize communities by saying there’s an acceptable and a not acceptable way to react,” the assistant professor continued. “Listen to them, and then we can say what these communities need.”

Except that there are acceptable and not acceptable ways to react. If someone accidentally spilled water on you and your reaction is to violently assault them, that is not an acceptable reaction. It does not “re-victimize” and individual or a community to enforce the rule of law, something which did not even happen. This is in spite of potentially $2 billion worth of destruction having occurred in a single summer of riots.

Correct. The rule of law was not enforced during the summer of 2020, she isn’t even angry over arrests of violent and destructive protestors. She’s angry over people asking them to not be destructive and violent. How dare they want to live peacefully without themselves and their, apparently racist, homes and business being accosted!

Like many in higher education, Saida Grundy is a radical Marxist who doesn’t believe in personal responsibility, but who’d rather blame all problems on actual victims, like those whose businesses were destroyed, while claiming to fight the ghost of racism.

By the way, this is the same Saida Grundy who made the infamous “white college males [are a] problem” Tweet. The same demographic who pays your bills, racist.
