Twitter user Alice Evans tweeted a quote from an article written by Ben Jacobs that appeared in The Times UK: Ilhan Omar tells @joshglancy “I do believe [Tara] Reade. Justice can be delayed, but should never be denied.” She adds that if it was up to her, Biden wouldn’t be the candidate.
As usual, the radical freshman Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), who frequently accuses other of misquoting her, attempted to clarify her position on Biden. Omar responded to Evans’ tweet, saying: Believing survivors is consistent with my values. Yes, I endorsed against Biden and I didn’t pick him as our nominee. With that said, in this interview I did on May 6th, we talked about that and quotes aren’t always in context. I will vote for him and help him defeat Trump.

Democrats on Twitter hammered Omar. This tweet from “Kim C” says it all:

I’ve tried to listen to and respect her politics as long as she gets things accomplished in Congress. She’s done nothing significant. She’s simply opinionated. Her willingness to blindly defend Tara because she’s bitter that Bernie lost is where I call my patience w/ Ilhan quits

Lady J tweetsI’m sooo over her… If it were up to me, she won’t be back in Congress!! Has she honestly gotten much done since her election besides bring drama & chaos??

Another Democrat tweetedShe’s not a Democrat. She’s a Berniecrat and wants to destroy my party.

Many Democrats posted links to donate to Omar’s challengers:
