Authorities in Coffee County, Alabama arrested 23-year-old Pablo Mendoza for allegedly raping a 14-year-old girl.

Mendoza, who is currently being held without bond, is charged with rape in the first degree.

WDHN reports that Mendoza is in the United States illegally.

“According to a complaint filed in the Coffee County court system on the day of his arrest, Mendoza had sex with a fourteen-year-old girl who could not consent due to her being ‘physically helpless or mentally incapacitated.’ The alleged crime occurred on Tuesday, February 20,” WDHN reports.

“Pablo Mendoza, a man who is in our country illegally was just arrested for r*ping a mentally incapacitated 14-year-old girl in Alabama. Biden’s open border allows p*dos and criminals to roam our country harming Americans,” Libs of TikTok wrote.

This is Pablo Mendoza. He is an illegal alien who was just arrested in South Alabama for raping a mentally incapacitated 14 year old girl. Joe Biden is aiding and abetting these monsters,” Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) said.

WDHN reports:

Sheriff Scott Byrd confirmed to WDHN that Mendoza is in the United States illegally.

Mendoza is being held in the Coffee County Jail without bond pending an Aniah’s Law hearing with Judge Joshua Wilson.

Sheriff Byrd says once Mendoza’s case is finished in Alabama, he will be deported back to his home country.
