Two badass Indiana grandparents gave Benjamin J. Dillon a well-deserved beating that he won’t soon forget. The Lebanon resident was met with more resistance than he bargained for when he attempted to kidnap a 6-year-old grandparents from her grandparents Lebanon, Indiana apartment.

Dillon, a Lebanon resident is now in jail after police say he attempted to kidnap a girl from her grandparents’ apartment.

The Blaze reports- Witnesses say, Dillon kicked his way into the apartment in the middle of the night. The girl’s grandparents, Martin and Patricia Roth, fought him off and kept him away from the girl until police arrived.

According to the police report, officers found Dillion outside “shirtless and very agitated, insisting there was a little girl in the apartment being raped” and “that the little girl was his daughter.”

As many as eight police officers arrived.

The Roth’s said they had never seen the man before and told police Dillon insisted he “was taking the child.”

The police report said Dillon threatened “he would fight all of us and kill us” and clenched his fists.

According to WTHR– “I was sound asleep in my bedroom and this guy came kicking in and said, ‘You have my daughter!'”

“I was nervous,” she said. “Very nervous. I was shaking so bad. I don’t understand why he picked our apartment, I’ll never figure that one out.”

“I wouldn’t want him walking back in my apartment again,” Patricia added. “He will regret it the next time.”

Dillon told WTHR that the incident was nothing more than a “big understanding,” and said that he was looking for his own daughter.
