An ISIS operative, who was arrested and charged in Ohio, confirmed they are running training cells in Mexico, right at the U.S. border. Judicial Watch reported that the leader of one of these cells bragged about the position in an Italian newspaper, and is quoted as saying he could “get in with a handful of men, and kill thousands of people in Texas or in Arizona in the space of a few hours.”
