On December 22, 2019, AFL-CIO’s Richard Trumka wrote an op-ed for CNN, praising President Trump’s USMCA that replaced the disastrous NAFTA trade deal.

“Because of our patience and perseverance, the USMCA now includes strong labor rights and a viable mechanism to enforce them. We also secured a separate enforcement mechanism that allows for inspections of factories and facilities that don’t live up to their obligations. This was an important priority for the labor movement because it ensures that working people in all three countries have greater protections under this new agreement.”

Trumka wrote that the deal “isn’t perfect,” but that it is “a far cry from the original NAFTA, and that is a huge win for working people in North America.”

Autoworkers in Michigan love Trump.

Over the past 12 months, we’ve attended two separate pro-Trump rallies in Sterling Heights, the heart of the automotive manufacturing in Michigan. Both rallies were sponsored by Auto Workers For Trump, a popular group for blue-collar workers on Facebook.

A Facebook notice went out to show two possible entrances where Joe Biden and his entourage would arrive in Warren, MI. The Facebook user who helped to organize the spontaneous flash mob of Trump supporters claims he got his information about Joe’s visit from the UAW (United Auto Workers), who have benefited tremendously by Trump’s USMCA trade deal.

Joe Biden will be arriving today at 12:45 pm at the UAW Region 1 building.

There are only two entrances in and out, one off 11 Mile, the other off Van Dyke.
The last-minute decision to greet Joe Biden got when he arrived in Warren, MI, was a success.
A crowd of Trump supporters can be seen chanting, “Four more years!” for Trump!

The Biden campaign shared a video of Joe’s visit on his Facebook page. During his speech, Joe repeats the false story published by the Atlantic about Trump making disparaging comments about WWI vets.  Yesterday, the editor-in-chief and author of the article admitted that his story could be wrong. Either Joe Biden doesn’t have the mental ability to keep up with the news or he’s intentionally lying. In one of Biden’s more despicable moments, he accused President Trump of being slow to act on the COVID pandemic, accusing him of being responsible for 36,000 deaths as a result (this…coming from the guy who mocked him for shutting down travel to China).

In addition to the multiple lies Joe tells during his speech, Joe spent a great deal of time stumbling through policies he plans to implement that Trump has already implemented. He talks tough about bringing manufacturing back to America but worked under Barack Obama for 8 years while he openly mocked the idea of bringing manufacturing back to America.

In June 2016 Barack Obama mocked President Trump for promising to bring manufacturing jobs back to America during a visit to Carrier Corp jobs in Indiana. He responded:

“When somebody says like the person you just mentioned who I’m not going to advertise for, that he’s going to bring all these jobs back. Well, how exactly are you going to do that? What are you going to do? There’s uh-uh no answer to it. He just says. “I’m going to negotiate a better deal.” Well, how? How exactly are you going to negotiate that? What magic wand do you have? And usually, the answer is, he doesn’t have an answer.”

Joe was absolutely savaged in the comment section under his video. Here are just a few of the comments from Michigan residents:

Poor man…doesn’t stand against President Trump…listen to his two or three people clapping….How embarrassing…..

I can hear the 10 people in attendance clapping 😂😂😂 #trump2020

Tax you! Give his drug head son jobs to make millions with no qualifications to make more money than 95% of Americans will make in a lifetime!

Two or three claps at the most. What a speech. Basement Joe is really knocking their socks off 🤣🤣

Why does he yell so much? Isn’t that a sign of belligerent behavior?
