JUDGE KAVANAUGH WAS SWORN IN:
Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s wife, Ashley, and two daughters were next to him as he was sworn in today to become the 114th Supreme Court Justice. Four other Supreme Court justices were also in attendance: Clarence Thomas, Ruth Bader Ginsberg, Elena Kagan and Samuel Alito. Chief Justice John Roberts administered the constitutional oath and retired Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy administered the judicial oath.
