Jussie Smollett was seen walking into court today in Chicago as were the brothers he hired to carry out a hate hoax last year.

Smollett walked back into court completely surrounded, but the Osundairo brothers (video below) were out in the open. Smollett was just three rows away from the brothers in the courtroom where they said they just want “to support the process”.

It’s no surprise that Smollett gets into the courtroom and pleads not guilty to the charges of lying to the police.  His lawyers even tried to get the case dismissed, but it was denied by Judge Linn.

The Osundairo brothers arrive at the Cook County court building for Jussie Smollett’s hearing. Their lawyer
Gloria Schmidt tells me they are here “to support the process”.

The Chicago Mayor spoke out about the crime that Smollett committed last year:

“He needs to face the charges. He committed a crime, and he needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, and we are going to continue to aggressively make him accountable for the wasted police resources.”

Will justice finally prevail in this case?
