Today, Congressman Paul Gosar contacted the U.S. Capitol Police, as well as Attorney General Jeff Sessions, asking they consider checking identification of all attending the State of the Union address and arresting any illegal aliens in attendance:

Gosar added:

Additionally, Congressman Gosar asked that they arrest those using fraudulent social security numbers and identification to pass through security.

“Of all the places where the Rule of Law needs to be enforced, it should be in the hallowed halls of Congress. Any illegal aliens attempting to go through security, under any pretext of invitation or otherwise, should be arrested and deported,” said Congressman Gosar.

Ann Coulter previously called for the arrest of illegals attending the State of the Union address:

ABC News revealed last week that at least 24 House Democrats will bring illegal aliens as their guests to Trump’s SOTU address.

Meanwhile, in stark contrast to the open borders agenda of Democrats, Trump is expected to bring Evelyn Rodriguez to the SOTU address. Evelyn’s 16-year-old daughter, Kayla Cuevas, was beaten and stabbed to death with a friend of hers by MS-13 gang members, a violent street gang from El Salvador that has proliferated due to illegal and mass immigration to the U.S. –Breitbart News

Yesterday, Ann Coulter nailed the sentiment of many Americans when she was a guest on conservative Howie Carr’s radio show. At the opening of his radio show, Carr played a clip of the radical Trump-hating Representative Frederica Wilson, aka “The Rhinestone Cowgirl” who said she’s not going to President Trump’s State of the Union address tonight, because “she’s not going to honor him with her presence.” He also mentioned another Florida Congresswoman who won’t be there tonight, the former U.S. Rep Corrine Brown who starts her prison sentence today.

Carr went on to introduce his guest, the outspoken conservative, Ann Coulter, who started out her interview by saying that she expects Trump to give a “magnificent” speech tonight and that she doesn’t think Trump will be too broken up about the members of Congress who say they won’t be showing up to the SOTU tonight.

Coulter tells Carr: “I’ve also heard they’re planning on inviting illegal aliens. So Jeff Sessions better be ready to arrest all of them for conspiring to commit a crime, which I believe is a felony under federal law in all 50 states, even if the crime itself is not a felony. I mean, they had to have meetings, they had to make a phone call. These are people who are in the country illegally and anyone conspiring with them to keep them here illegally, to invite them to a State of the Union address, Jeff Sessions should have them all arrested and I mean the congressmen.”

Carr asked, “Do you remember a couple of years ago Ann when, uh, when Obama was still President, he actually took an illegal alien with him, to the State of the Union, in his limousine, when it left the White House and then drove up to Capitol Hill. remember that?”

“Yes, Howie, but unfortunately, Jeff Sessions was not the Attorney General then. (laughs) But seriously, Sessions should be looking at all of these governors and mayors for conspiring, um, to commit federal crimes.” Coulter responded.

Carr reminded Coulter, “You know, uh, Abraham Lincoln moved against the South in 1861, didn’t he, when they decided there were certain federal laws that they didn’t have to obey, right?”

Coulter laughed and told Carr she loved being on his show and feeling like the “voice of moderation.”

Listen:

Coulter’s suggestion that politicians who help illegal aliens remain in the United States illegally be charged with crimes is actually being reviewed by Sessions’ Department of Justice (DOJ), according to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen, Breitbart News reported.
