Wow! This is great news, but it probably won’t be long before the Ninth Circuit Court rules against this move by the Trump administration to stop the invasion at our southern border.

Attorney General William Barr has just ordered asylum-seekers be held in custody while waiting for a hearing.

Many illegals are just using asylum to game the system so that they are released, never to be seen again.

This must stop, and Barr is trying to do just that.

As we reported earlier today, Yuma, Arizona is declaring a state of emergency:

They are requesting aid from FEMA because they cannot handle the invasion of illegals aka asylum seekers.

Yuma, Arizona is crying uncle!

The border city just declared a state of emergency saying it cannot handle the invasion of illegal families and unaccompanied children from Central America who are being quickly released into communities, where most disappear into the shadows.

The Border Patrol can house 400 illegals but has a current total of 950 illegals in detention with more coming every day!

Mayor Douglas Nicholls is 100% FED Up! with the quick release of illegals into his community. The shocking details from Nicholls include a warning of mobs of people “roaming the streets looking to satisfy basic human needs.”

There is an imminent threat on having too many migrant releases into our community. It’s above our capacity as a community to sustain.” – Yuma Mayor Nicholls.

“… the mass release of migrant families from federal detention facilities into the City of Yuma without provisions for adequate food, water, shelter and medical care threatens to cause injury, damage and suffering to persons and property located in the City of Yuma, Yuma County, Arizona as well as causing a humanitarian crisis.”

Rep. Matt Gaetz is on the border in Yuma:

Washington Times reports Mr. Nicholls says he is hoping to get surrounding communities to also declare an emergency to prompt the government to move on something to help American citizens. While there is a partisan divide in Congress, the Trump administration is doing what it can stop the flow of illegals.

Even though Attorney General Barr announced that migrants who take the first step toward asylum claims would no longer have an automatic right to be released on bond while their cases are proceeding, the ruling, though, won’t generally affect the children and families, who are quickly released under other court rulings and laws.

Also, Tuesday, a Homeland Security Department advisory council issued an emergency report calling for the government to take new steps and pleaded with Congress to pass emergency legislation to speed up asylum cases so a decision can be issued within a month. The most important thing they asked the fed to do is to fix the Flores court settlement that imposes a 20-day limit on how long illegal immigrant families can be held in detention. An emergency regulation was also proposed allowing migrant families to be held.

Yuma has become the drop-off point for thousands of illegal immigrants each week streaming into the remote parts of California and Arizona because Yuma borders on both states.

Even though Border Patrol agents arrest hundreds and hundreds of illegals, they cannot hold them due to “catch and release.”
