General Michael Flynn just took a big step to fight back against the set up that happened right after President Trump took office.
He fired his legal team and has hired a high-profile lawyer that is said to be someone who often appears on TV. After watching the videos below, our pick is Joe DiGenova. He’s furious with the total set up of Flynn.
According to OANN’s Jack Posobiec, this lawyer is someone “everyone will recognize”:
NEW: I'm told General Flynn's new lawyer is very high profile and appears on TV regularly

Several key lawyers have spoken out about the set up of Flynn by the deep state including Rudy Giuliani and Joe DiGenova:
President Trump’s attorney Rudy Giuliani had this to say about the Mueller team:
“They are sick puppies. This whole thing started as an orchestrated attempt to take the president out of office as an insurance policy.”
He told Fox News that Michael Flynn’s supposed offenses compared to “spitting on the sidewalk” which is why Mueller recommended no jail time for Flynn.
Giuliani said that nothing in the just-released memo suggested collusion between Trump and Russian officials. He called the investigation “overzealous media-inspired prosecutors.”
Giuliani told Hallie Jackson of MSNBC “They don’t have bubkis”:

Esteemed lawyer Joe diGenova has criticized the Flynn set up:
Michael Flynn’s attorneys suggest he went into FBI meeting with a false sense of security.
The newly released documents (see below) from Mueller prove that out.
Former U.S. attorney Joe DiGenova slams Mueller’s handling of the Flynn FBI meeting.
IT WAS A SET UP!
DOCUMENTS RELEASED BY MUELLER:
The Special Counsel waited until the very last minute to hand over documents from the FBI interview with Michael Flynn.
The problem with the documents is that parts of them are heavily redacted. No surprise.
There are also questions on a missing 302 of an interview between Flynn and an FBI agent. Why didn’t Comey hand it over?
They were released in response to the “tough as nails” U.S. District Judge Emmet G. Sullivan’s order to prosecutors to give the government’s files and “memoranda” related to the FBI’s questioning of Flynn by 3 p.m. ET today.
Sullivan is known to come down hard on overzealous prosecutors and it’s widely known that these federal prosecutors are heavy-handed.
The biggest issue that’s notable in the report is that the agents didn’t think Flynn was lying after questioning him. In fact, the report also states that several people argued about the FBI’s decision to interview Flynn. One more key issue is the bombshell that the FBI pushed Flynn not to bring a lawyer to the meeting at the White House with the agents.
It all comes down to a difference in tactics used by the FBI. The FBI handled the Clinton case much differently.
The bottom line is that this was a set-up of Michael Flynn and would qualify for an overzealous forcefulness by the FBI to trap him.
Is all of this worth the $25 million spent on the Mueller investigation? A new report just said we’ve spent that much on this two-year investigation into supposed Russian collusion.
We believe Judge Sullivan should give Flynn no jail time.
JOEL POLLACK OF BREITBART NEWS:
It is OUTRAGEOUS that a politically-motivated FBI director sent a politically-motivated agent to entrap a new administration official and prepared a report months later that STILL indicated the agents did not think he had lied or even thought he was lying, yet he was prosecuted.

Fox News reports:
“Flynn was so talkative, and had so much time for them, that Strzok wondered if the national security adviser did not have more important things to do than have a such a relaxed, non-pertinent discussion with them,” it said.
It comes days after Flynn’s legal team made the bombshell allegation that the FBI pushed him not to bring a lawyer to his fateful Jan. 24, 2017 interview with agents at the White House.
The January 2017 interview with the FBI was the basis of Flynn’s guilty plea to making false statements in a deal with Mueller’s team. Flynn pleaded guilty to lying about whether he had talked to former Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak in December 2016 on limiting the Russian government’s response to former President Barack Obama’s recently imposed sanctions for election meddling. Flynn was pushed out of the White House shortly after his interview for misleading Vice President Pence and other officials about those contacts.
Sullivan — who overturned the 2008 conviction of former U.S. Sen. Ted Stevens after government misconduct came to light — is weighing how to sentence Flynn, who pleaded guilty to one count of lying to federal authorities during the 2017 interview in the West Wing.
NO JAIL TIME FOR FLYNN!
