Hillary Clinton is in deep trouble right now. Just a month after an attorney who was hired by her campaign, Michael Sussman, was indicted for lying to the FBI, a bombshell report was released last week that a law firm hired by the Clinton campaign used sensitive government data to spy on President Trump.. while he was in office.
A former FBI official warned that a ‘lot of potential charges’ are coming in the Durham probe that could implicate Hillary’s campaign staff at high levels.
As the Durham probe continues to spell bad news for Clinton, a Democrat judge denied President Trump’s request to block subpoenaes that would prevent the release of financial documents and prevent his children from testifying. The timing of the ruling and New York Attorney General Letita James’ aggressive actions against the President call in to question whether they are running interference for Hillary to shift the news cycle away from her. USA Today Reports–
“A New York judge said Thursday that former President Donald Trump and his children Donald Trump Jr. and Ivanka Trump must testify in a business fraud investigation into the Trump Organization.
State Judge Arthur F. Engoron rejected Trump’s request to nullify subpoenas from the state attorney general and ordered him to turn over subpoenaed documents to Attorney General Letitia James within 14 days. Trump and his children must appear for a deposition within 21 days.
Judge Engoron wrote that a refusal to subpoena Trump “would have been blatant dereliction of duty (and would have broken an oft-repeated campaign promise).”

Both the New York attorney general’s office and the Manhattan district attorney are investigating whether the Trump Organization inflated the value of its holdings to secure loans and deflated the values to reduce taxes.”
