Multiple protestors were arrested Sunday after disrupting the Moms For Liberty annual summit. The group has taken a stand to protect children from being exposed to sexualized content that is being quietly disseminated in schools.

Moms for Liberty’s website describes the group’s mission as defending parental rights. Their mission statement says:

“Moms For Liberty is dedicated to fighting for the survival of America by unifying, educating, and empowering parents to defend their parental rights at all levels of government.”

Parents should have the right to make decisions about their children’s education. The grassroots group started with two moms and has grown to 120 thousand members in 45 states. In the wake of public schools bringing in both critical race theory and sexualized curriculum along with  sexually inappropriate content in their libraries, the group’s mission has resonated with parents across the country.

Five protestors were arrested after attempting to block traffic in front of the event in downtown Philadelphia, while another was arrested while obnoxiously dancing around waving a pride flag.

Moms for Liberty is emerging as a force to be reckoned with. Following their conference, multiple left-leaning media sites like AP News published warnings after the group’s co-founder, Tiffany Justice, said the group plans to get involved in school board races across the country. Over the weekend, Justice strategized on using political action committees to engage in upcoming school board races nationwide and will expand to “start endorsing at the state board level and elected superintendents.”

Moms for Liberty are confident that they are gaining ground as groups like the ‘Young Communist League’ and the ‘National Parents Union’ set up protests against them. One Moms chapter tweeted, “We are on the right side of history. Join the fight!”

While the Moms have fought to protect their kids and school districts from radical socialist ideologies, leftist organizations are attempting to disparage the growing group. Southern Poverty Law Center has attempted to discredit the group by placing it on an “extremist” group list.
Senator Marco Rubio called the decision to label the group as extremists “incredibly inaccurate.” He added, “There is nothing extreme about parents being involved in the education of their children.”

Host Joy Reid criticized Moms for Liberty, showing how out of step she is with mainstream America. Moms want to protect their children and will stand up against groomers. The Moms group has been vocal about their desire to prohibit schools from teaching and providing graphic sexual materials. Apparently, leftist Reid thinks it’s okay to sexualize other people’s children. She mocked the group for going after sexually explicit library books, saying they were on a winning streak in red states. “Education, not indoctrination for our children” is the message the Moms for Liberty hope to spread.

Following the conference, Citizen Free Press obtained footage showing the hotel’s staff lined up to applaud the group for handling themselves professionally despite the protests. “Normal Americans are on the side of decency.”
