After years of waiting, a Fulton County judge has cleared a path for the State Election Board to access 2020 presidential election ballots.

Last week, Judge Robert McBurney upheld a subpoena, which was originally issued last year, for all of the physical paper ballots, as well as stubs, envelopes and digital images.

We could be on the verge of finally uncovering the truth of what happened in Fulton County back in 2020.

Allowing the Board to get their hands on all of the ballots will, at long last, give them an opportunity to validate the true outcome of how Georgia voted in 2020 — whatever that may be.

However, there is a huge twist…

While the Board has been given the go-ahead to access all of these ballots and documents, they will also have to pay the ridiculous “document costs” — which the county is estimating will be around $400,00!

Last year, the Republican-led Georgia Election Board reopened an investigation into Fulton County’s handling of the 2020 election.

On Friday, they scored a court victory.

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney’s decision grants the election board access to Fulton County’s 2020 ballots and related documents.

Fulton County Chairman Robb Pitts responded to the court decision:

“This nonsense has to stop at some point,” Chairman Pitts told FOX 5. “I assured the public then, reassure the public today, those elections are open and fair and transparent, and every vote was counted.”

Pitts said the county will comply with the judge’s order. He is adamant Fulton taxpayers will not pay to produce the documents, at an estimated cost of about $400,000.

“It will be somebody else and not the taxpayers of Fulton County paying. When we get the check in, we will provide whatever documents they are looking for,” said Chairman Pitts.

Now, the county has until January 7th to provide the Board with an itemized breakdown of the estimated costs.

It’s notable that recently, Fulton County admitted that hundreds of thousands of ballots were illegally counted.
