Kash Patel is reportedly ousting multiple FBI officials who have a history of “colluding” against President Trump.

This is huge news considering the names who are receiving termination notices today!

The guy who led a component of the Mar-a-Lago raid and resisted revealing the list of agents who were involved in the J6 investigations (because he was one of them)?  GONE.

Even a key official who allegedly painted the infamous Steele dossier as being legit and accurate is being pushed out.

And as Benny Johnson shared on social media a short time ago, there are even more FBI expulsions expected to follow:

These three specific FBI Trump-haters have reportedly been given a DEADLINE by which time they presumably need to have removed themselves and their personal effects from their offices.

They have until Friday to get out of dodge, according to Fox News:

The FBI on Thursday is ousting at least three officials, including the former acting director and an officer involved in the January 6 investigations, Fox News has learned.

Former FBI acting director, Brian Driscoll, is among those being forced out of the bureau, sources familiar with the matter told Fox News, along with Walter Giardina, a special agent at the bureau who played a role in the investigation of Trump trade advisor, Peter Navarro, and Steven Jensen, the acting director in charge of the Washington Field Office.

Senior FBI officials told the agents in question that they needed to leave by Friday, with no specific reason given to them individually.

One individual with knowledge of the removals described it as “retribution.”

Retribution and justice are not the same thing.

But sometimes they rhyme, and I like what I’m hearing!

One of the three firings being reported is that of former Acting Director Brian Driscoll, who was in charge leading up to Kash Patel’s appointment as Director.

Remember when this guy refused to cooperate with handing over names and purging those associated with the J6 witch hunts:

Yep — former Acting Director Brian Driscoll of the FBI is now FIRED by Kash Patel’s FBI, never to assist the anti-Trump cabal from that powerful position again.

And you may remember hearing the name Walter Giardina, who Florida Voice News Director Eric Daugherty pointed out on social media was directly implicated in legitimizing the Steele Dossier:

According to this letter sent by Senator Grassley on behalf of the Senate Judiciary Committee back in June…

Giardina was at the top of the list of those who conspired from the beginning, within the FBI, to paint President Trump as a traitor based on false information that said he “colluded” with the Russians to win the election.

Here’s a list of concerns stemming from whistleblower testimony that Sen. Grassley compiled about Giardina in that letter to Pam Bondi and Kash Patel in June:

With respect to allegations of misconduct against SA Giardina, based on legally protected whistleblower disclosures to my office, he was allegedly involved in the following:

• SA Giardina was an initial recipient of the Steele Dossier and falsely said that the dossier was corroborated as true.
• SA Giardina stated openly his animosity toward President Trump and made known his personal motivation to investigate Trump.
• SA Giardina electronically wiped the laptop he was assigned while working for Special Counsel Mueller outside of established protocol for record preservation raising the possibility that he destroyed government records. The destruction of the laptop was reported to the DOJ Office of Inspector General (OIG).
• SA Giardina instructed agents to use false Emolument Clause predication on President Trump to “dig around.”
• SA Giardina was a case agent assigned to the Crimson River case, later changed to Red Maasari. This case was leaked, by whom it is not known, to the Washington Post in August 2024 roughly 90 days before the presidential election in an attempt to falsely discredit President Trump.

One question that begs an answer is why did it take this long to kick these people out of the FBI?

I don’t have that answer, but one logical possibility is that the investigation into the larger plots against President Trump could have been more fruitful with these guys still on the payroll.

But back to former Acting Director Driscoll.

Before he became the Acting Director… former FBI agent whistleblower Kyle Seraphin says Driscoll was part of the leadership that raided Mar-a-Lago:

Don’t ever forget — as Fox News reported at the time, the FBI Agents that raided Mar-a-Lago were fully authorized to use DEADLY FORCE:

As I said, justice and retribution are two different things.  But they certainly do rhyme sometimes!

Even while dripping with their own anti-Trump slant, CNN did a good job summing up some of the backstory (at least some of it) that led to today’s expulsions.

That big blow-up between Acting Director Driscoll and Deputy Attorney General Emil Bove earlier this year that led to Driscoll exposing his open resistance to the Trump Administration really set the stage for his firing.

Here’s more on the backstory as being reported by CNN:

Brian Driscoll, who was acting FBI director in the weeks before now-Director Kash Patel was confirmed, is being dismissed, sources said. Steve Jensen, the acting director in charge of the Washington Field Office, is also being fired, according to two separate sources.

The administration is also firing other agents in the bureau this week who were perceived to be opposed to Trump in the past, according to three sources familiar with the agency’s actions.

Earlier this year, a plan to quickly fire more than 100 mid-level and senior employees blew up into a weeklong standoff between then-acting Deputy Attorney General Emil Bove and Driscoll and sparked internal protest against the move inside the agency.

The rebellion prompted Trump to appoint a loyalist podcaster Dan Bongino as deputy director of the FBI.

The demand earlier this year for thousands of names of FBI agents involved in the January 6 cases came from Bove, who said in a memo at the time that the list of names would be reviewed for any firing or “personnel actions,” according to the memo.

“The FBI — including the Bureau’s prior leadership — actively participated in what President Trump appropriately described as ‘a grave national injustice that has been perpetrated on the American people over the last four years’ with respect to events that occurred at or near the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021,” Bove said at the time.

Jensen was originally listed among those attending a Justice Department press conference Thursday on the indictment of the event shooting of two Israeli embassy staff members earlier this year.

He was not present, and US Attorney Jeanine Pirro declined to address questions about his departure.

Every time the Trump Administration guts the Deep State and removes those hellbent on using official government positions to undermine the elected President is a reason to celebrate.

But seeing these guys make their exit is sure to bring a special warm fuzzy feeling to those who voted for JUSTICE and a return to LAW AND ORDER.

I am extremely hopeful that this story proves to be in the “developing” category — because I am looking forward to bringing you the details about whichever FBI traitors get expelled next!
