President Trump plans to declare a “New American Moment” in his first official State of the Union address to Congress, according to excerpts released ahead of Tuesday’s prime-time speech.

Gary Cohn was in on the process of putting together the speech and had this to say:
Gary Cohn: "@POTUS a year ago… talked about the importance of tax reform and what tax reform would mean to the American economy, and more importantly what it would mean to the American worker. Obviously, the President fulfilled that promise to America." #SOTU pic.twitter.com/1PfrU8x4u5
