Speaker Ryan hinted that FISA memo will show “malfeasance” by certain officials at the FBI/DOJ, and that former Trump adviser Carter Page’s “civil rights” were “violated” in the FISA process. He also suggested Rosenstein was merely following the policies of predecessors.
