Vice President Kamala Harris is not known for her public speaking abilities, and she continues to horrify Americans with her nonsensical ramblings. In her latest ‘word salad’ response, she tried – and failed – to explain the meaning of ‘culture.’
Last weekend, Harris attended the 2023 Essence Festival of Culture, a celebration of black women and culture in New Orleans. There, she made an appearance to discuss topics such as small businesses and abortion.
During her guest appearance, Harris was hit with a question that she was clearly unprepared for. She was asked to define ‘culture.’
Resorting to her usual speaking techniques, she began to aimlessly ramble, throwing in a random laugh once in a while to draw attention away from her stupidity.
“Well, I think culture is – it is a reflection of our moment and our time. Right? And present culture is the way we express how we’re feeling about the moment and we should always find times to express how we feel about the moment that is a reflection of joy. Because, you know… it comes in the morning,” said Harris.
She then laughed hysterically and continued, saying, “We have to find ways to also express the way we feel about the moment in terms of just having language and a connection to how people are experiencing life. And I think about it in that way, too.”
Kamala Harris, wordsmith extraordinaire. I don’t even know how it’s possible to be this bad at public speaking. pic.twitter.com/SE3oZTXh59

Harris was destroyed on social media for her ridiculous response.
Conservative author Clay Travis posted the video of her cringy reply, sarcastically calling her a “wordsmith extraordinaire,” and saying,
“All Kamala Harris had to do was not be the worst vice president in our lives and she would have been the 2024 Democrat nominee. And she couldn’t manage that. She’s somehow worse at her job than the worst president in any of our lives. Extraordinary, really.”
Radio host Chris Stigall blasted Harris as the “emptiest human alive.”
Comedian Tim Young wrote, “Kamala tried to define the world ‘culture’ today… And it went about as well as if a 9 year old had to give a book report on a book they didn’t read… This is cringier than most Biden talks.”
