The wait is finally over.

Daily Caller – Legendary rapper Kanye West finally released his “Jesus Is King” album Friday after months of anticipation and several delays. The most recent delay occurred Thursday night and had fans wondering if the album would ever be released. But, now it’s here, and I have a feeling it will live up to the hype.

Listen:

Kanye’s “Closed on Sunday” song, where he references “Chick-fil-A,” has social media buzzing.

Another song on the album, “Jesus is Lord,” is currently the Number on trending phrase on Twitter:

Kanye posted an interview of himself explaining why he is dedicating his life to Christ.”Now that I’m in service to Christ. My job is to spread the gospel—to let people know what Jesus has done for me.” West continued, “I am no longer a slave. I’m a son. I’m a son of God now. I’m free.”

The last time Kanye West made huge waves on social media was in October 2018, when the mega-rapper and retired NFL legend, Jim Brown, met with President Trump in the Oval Office.

Before the trio left the White House for their scheduled lunch, Trump gave the media the opportunity to speak with Kanye West and Jim Brown about why they support his presidency. Outspoken rapper, Kanye West, was not at a loss for words. West explained why he’s decided to courageously speak out about his support for Trump and conservative solutions to age-old issues, like gun violence in Chicago, mental health issues, prison reform, trade with China, and gun rights.

In the first video (below), Kanye explained how wearing his MAGA hat makes him feel empowered because it gives him the ability to feel free to think his own thoughts. He explained how he didn’t have a lot of male energy at home, as he tried to explain how important a male role model is in the family. He told the press that to him, wearing his Trump hat is the equivalent of wearing a Superman cape.

In the second video, Kanye became animated during the press release, as he got up from his chair and demanded that Americans give President Trump the respect he deserves, saying, “If he don’t look good, we don’t look good. This is our President!”  “He has to be the freshest, the flyest,” and “we have to make our core be empowered. When we make everything in China, and not in America, then we’re cheating on our country.”

Kanye West’s new album will disappoint some of his supporters, but his fresh approach to gospel music and his album dedicated to praising our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is sure to make a lot of people very happy.
