As the 2024 election draws closer, media pundits and politicos have been paying close attention to the Presidential election and Republican primary.
Very few have been paying attention to the slate of House and Senate races that could either stymie or bolster the next President’s agenda.
With less than fourteen months to go before the 2024 election, Politico dropped huge news that Kari Lake is preparing to announce a Senate run in Arizona.

🚨Kari Lake expected to announce US Senate run in October
I wish Arizona elections & courts were honest enough to make her Governor, but giving her a national platform to inspire & embolden conservatives across America is a pretty good consolation prize

“Arizona Republican Kari Lake will launch a Senate run as soon as early next month, according to three people familiar with her plans.
Lake, an ardent supporter of former President Donald Trump who refused to concede her narrow loss in Arizona’s governor race last year, has been hinting at a bid for months. She has been active in national politics since her 2022 loss and this week alone she’s headlining events in Iowa and Michigan.”
Lake will be for Senator Krysten Sinema’s seat. Sinema recently changed her political affiliation to Independent in an attempt to moderate ahead of a re-election bid. Sinema also does not caucus with Democrats, though she has mostly voted with them since breaking with the party officially.
Lake narrowly lost the 2022 Arizona Gubernatorial election by 17,000 votes, and many say the election was riddled with potential fraud and election integrity issues. Lake has continued to litigate the issue with a series of election-related lawsuits.
She has played a prominent role in conservative politics since the 2022 election and is frequently a top speaker at Turning Point USA summits.
