Drew Hernandez is on the ground in Lancaster, PA where BLM rioters are surrounding the Lancaster Police station and demanding justice for the death of 27-yr-old Ricardo Munez, who was shot and killed by police officers today in Lancaster, PA. after they were called to the 300 block of Laurel Street for a domestic disturbance call.

The Lancaster Police released bodycam footage on Sunday evening to show that Munez was threatening police when they shot him, as the bodycam video shows Munez running towards them with a knife in his hand when he was shot.

According to the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office: The footage shows that when the officer gets in front of a residence in the 300 block of Laurel Street, Munoz immediately emerges from inside and runs toward the officer, brandishing a knife above his head, in clear view, in a threatening manner. The officer then fired. The video can be seen HERE.

Only one year ago, a knife-wielding Munoz was arrested for stabbing four people including a teenager, who Munoz stabbed in the face. According to the 2019 crime report, when police arrived on the scene of the crime in Lancaster, PA, and told Munoz to drop the knife, he refused.

Tonight, BLM agitators have chosen to ignore the videotape of the knife-wielding Munoz threatening the lives of the police officers, and instead, have chosen to riot outside of the Lancaster Police Department.

Drew Hernandez shows the point at which the police fire the first round of tear gas at the rioters.

Then came the second round of tear gas.

After multiple warnings and deployments of tear gas to clear the police station ramp, Hernandez claims the rioters refused to leave. That’s when the police began to use rubber bullets to disperse the crowd of rioters.

Hernandez reports that after the “3rd round of tear gas” and the use of “rubber bullets,” rioters began “yelping in displeasure.”

Rioters threw bricks at the windows of the police station, as police continued to deploy tear gas and rubber bullets.

Glass can be heard breaking as rioters throw bricks into the windows of the police department.

Helmet and non-helmet wearing rioters are moving barricades in front of the police station:

Finally, one rioter who refused to stand down was shot in the testicles by a rubber bullet. The result was not pretty.
